Absolute worn out hotel AVOID
Pros:

Hotel lobby was hot humid including all of our crew rooms which were 73f and humid also. CSR explanation was chillers set at that temp and no recourse to change. Absolutely indifferent to the plight of guests which added to insult. Room furnishings including desk, carpet, curtains, bathroom toilet and shower also were heavily used and severely worn. 4 separate crew all had same notes when we departed. Parking is also by APP only so be aware of this outsourced area. AVOID AVOID AVOID this property.

RUDE PERSON
Pros:

when i walked in CRYSTAL tall lady was at the desk and she was very rude! customer service is 0. i'm a platinum member and stay at multiple marriott's by far she was the rudest person i have ever talked to!

Locatie en flexibiliteit van staff om te annuleren

Cons:

Ik had vier 4 nachten geboekt maar ben na 1 nacht alweer vertrokken. TV die het niet deed, geen lades voor kleding. QR code vereist om de auto te parkeren en een oude telefoon waar de kabels gewoon niet aanwezig waren zodat je front desk niet kon bereiken.

Pros:

Room was good but i was placed next to some sort of machine that staff kept using so I couldn’t get a good sleep also noise insulation for rooms needs improvement

Cons:

They charge a 100$ deposit per day even tho i told them im using the room and don’t want the mini bar or anything else the informed me it will be credit back after check out with in 7-10 business days

It was very clean and nice

Cons:

Everyone was great morning front desk kind of rude maybe he was just busy and was annoyed. Also, it was pretty warm and you couldn’t adjust the thermostat it was set.

The Meridian seems to be on a decline, they are not putting any money into the maintenance and upkeep. Only 3 of the 11 floors has working ice machines
