As áreas comuns do hotel são bem agradáveis. Salão do café da manhã bonito, arejado e o café da manhã em si, muito bem servido. O quarto era espaçoso, cama grande com lençóis e travesseiros de qualidade. Banheiro com ducha e até com um mini-sauna.
Apesar de ter um ar condicionado novo na parede instalado, este não estava funcionando ainda. O ar condicionado existente é muito antigo e barulhento. Quem tem sensibilidade a ruído pode sofrer. Outro ponto é que as janelas não isolam totalmente os ruídos da rua, algo essencial em Lima. A partir das 6h já se ouve as buzinas dos carros.

Las ventanas no son aislantes acusticamente. Se escucha el tráfico y la música de los locales en los bajos del hotel
