Nie wieder!
Pros:

Die Bettwäsche war sauber.

Cons:

Überall fremde Haare, Flecken auf dem Teppich, seltsamer Geruch im Zimmer, inkompetentes Personal.
Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Langzeitparken gebucht. Auf dem Hinweg in den Urlaub standen auf einmal nur 8 Tage Parken auf der Rechnung. Ich habe nachgefragt und der Mitarbeiter hat es geändert und mir versichert, dass das in Ordnung geht. Auf dem Rückweg aus dem Urlaub sollte das Ticket in ein Ausfahrtsticket umgetauscht werden. Als ich dann danach fragte, sagte der Mann an der Rezeption, dass es bei ihnen gar kein Langzeitparken geben würde und er wollte 200€ von mir für die 10 Tage. Auch als ich ihm unsere Buchungsbestätigung zeigte und die Zahlung wollte er erst nicht darauf eingehen. Erst als ich mit der Polizei gedroht habe, hat er das Tor geöffnet, damit wir aus dem Parkhaus raus fahren konnten. Das grenzt an Betrug am Kunden.

Pros:

Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, sauber, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Klimaanlage war viel zu laut. WLAN war nur kostenlos zum Lesen von Mails und dann nur mit sehr schlechten Empfang. Für bessere Qualität und zum Schauen von Videos muss man extra zahlen. Der Parkplatz im Hotelparkhaus kostet 20€. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders ausgefallen.

Pros:

Als wir bei Ihnen waren, waren wir sehr begeistert, obwohl sehr viel los was, hat das ganze Personal professionnnell alles gemeistert. Hut ab.

Als wir ankamen waren unsere Zimmer bis auf eins noch nicht fertig, was wir bei dem Andrang normal fanden, aus Kulanz bekamen wir das Frühstück umsonst, was nicht notwendig war.

Die Zimmern hatten Kilmaanlagen was bei den Temperaturen sehr vorteilhaft waren.

Alle Anliegen wurden kompedent gelöst.

Großes Lob an das ganze Personal
