The Business Inn

Huge room, had a living room with 2 couches and at least a 60 inch tv. Dining area with a large table that could seat 6. Full kitchen with apartment size fridge and stove. Very comfortable king size bed in a large bedroom. Great location, about 1 KM from the parliament buildings. Lots of restaurants (about 30) within 2 blocks of the hotel. Busy area to walk around, it felt very safe to walk around because there is a lot of people walking around. Very clean room and the included breakfast had a large variety of good hot and cold food. I would definitely stay there if I ever come back to Ottawa.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was enormous and well equipped. The breakfast is quite good for a value hotel. The staff are really what sets this place apart. The clearly want you to have a good day.

Great location

The breakfast is one of the best I've had at budget accommodations; there is something for everyone. Despite this being an older property, my dust allergy did not flare up; this tells me they keep it very clean, including the old carpet. There are unadvertised perks - free parking at a sister lot if the onsite paid parkade is full, a discount if you turn down housekeeping service, etc. Our room was fully equipped with a computer, printer, garment steamer, iron and ironing board, full fridge and kitchen. Huge room and big windows, lots of space and sunlight. This is a great place for business travellers.

Inexpensive, great facilities for the price, central location, friendly and efficient staff, luggage storage. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.

The reception staff were the friendliest we have met on our three week Canada tour.
Absolutely loved that you offered free washing and drying facilities but also that you had so many machines, often hotels have one to two that you have to get the timing right to find one available, after three weeks of travelling this was brilliant!
The room was spacious, clean with an extra large bed. Large balcony with ash tray for those who do smoke.

Is it new and modern? No! But does it make up for it with good value, great equipments, smart tweaks and great service? Definitely!
It offers a large room and a convenient location in the city. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is included, and there’s nothing missing from their offering. Great value.

Location was perfect, room was spacious and felt like home! It was super clean! The stuff was amazing, special thanks to Peter, who was extremely welcoming and sweet!

The room was huge, lots of space to move around. Amenities included all toiletries and even a steamer. It also has a full kitchen, making it really awesome!

From the friendly and supportive staff, to the parking options, to the room offerings to the prime location and the all you can eat, buffet breakfast, you cannot beat this location for the price and quality! There is no where else that even comes close to the Business Inn!
I have been staying here since they opened, and they are always improving, so many nice touches like the background noise generators in the room. Now with an improved lobby area (both in terms of overall look to overall function to overall security). These staff are the most wonderful, competent and are always willing to assist.
I don't want to go anywhere else and I don't think you will either. Give them a try!
