Eftersom hotellet eller booking hade strulat till det så fanns inte min bokning när vi (jag och mina barn) kom till hote
Pros:

Eftersom mitt rum inte fanns så fick jag inte bo där. Men mina barn och syskonbarn tyckte om croissanterna som fanns i lobbyn så jag sa åt dem att äta upp alla medans vi löste boendesituationen. De tog uppgiften på största allvar och åt upp varenda jävla smula.

Cons:

Eftersom hotellet eller booking.com hade strulat till det så fanns inte min bokning när vi (jag och mina barn) kom till hotellet. Omöjligt att veta vem som ljög. Booking förhalade och lovade rum på annat hotell inom 45 min. Tror ni det hände? Nope. Till slut löste elite ett rum på sitt systerhotell. Dock bodde min syster med barn på det hotell vi hade bokat så vi missade mkt tid med dem.
Booking var otroligt otrevliga och har kommer aldrig mer boka via dem.

Nettes Personal und tolle Lage, gutes & vielfältiges Frühstück.

Cons:

Obwohl booking aufgrund eines Genius-Rabatts ein roomupgrade versprochen hat, landeten wir zunächst im gefühlt kleinsten Zimmer der Welt mit Aussicht in den Innenhof und kleinen Fenstern. Die Lüftung klapperte. Letztendlich wurden wir nach Beanstandung in ein anderes Zimmer gebucht, das war sehr groß, hell und luxuriös. Die Betten sind trotzdem schon sehr durchgelegen. Der Preis ist nicht angemessen.
