Pros:

Sijainti juna-aseman lähellä, kaunis rakennus sisältä ja ulkoa, rauhallinen, siisti

Cons:

Huoneemme ikkunat oli peitetty muovilla johtuen katuremontista. Tästä ei sanottu respassa mitään etukäteen eikä hyvitetty hinnassa, että emme nähneet ulos eikä ikkunaa voinut pitää auki.

Warm welcome on a cold snap
Pros:

Visited for a convention in February. Hotel is great!

It snowed heavily, and i became very sick - but this isn't the hotels fault of course!

The breakfast staff were lovely, and the warm 'golden milk' being served in the buffet was wonderful and really helped my illness. I have thought about it since and yearn for it.

One staff member, I belive called Marion, was absolutely incredible. Dark skin and glasses, very very welcoming and accommodating. He should run hotels worldwide!

Good enough for a short stay
Pros:

The location is fine, central but quiet. The hotel, however, has seen better days and the moniker, "Savoy" is misleading.
On the positive side, breakfast is served in an elegant room and the building has charm.

Pros:

Location, lobby and breakfast area we nice, staff in the lobby was very friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was clearly very old, no AC or possibility to adjust the ventilation, no space in the bathroom to place toiletry.

Comfortable hotel minutes from station.
Pros:

Fantastic location near station. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We arrived after midnight due to problems with our train, and left at 6.30am. The young man on reception was very welcoming and helpful. He sorted us a great packed breakfast too.

Cons:

We were given a room with no windows. If we had been staying longer I would have asked to change as that was not in the description of the room we booked.

Renovering krävs.
Pros:

Standard frukost, inget over the top men fräscht och rent och påfyllt.

Cons:

Rummen kändes verkligen inte som man förväntar sig på ett Elite Savoy. Det luktade gammalt och ofräscht både i själva rummen men på hotellet allmänt. Behövs verkligen en renovering. Väldigt mycket slitage syns. Inga uttag vid sängen?!
