Läget samt rummet och frukostbuffé

Cons:

Fruktansvärd hög och störande musik ( dunka, dunka) från restaurangen på Lördag kväll och natt. Omöjligt att sova innan kl 01:00. Klagade till receptionen på natten utan åtgärd. Klagade igen vi utcheckningen, fick då till svar ” vi har din e-mail adress så vi hör av oss till dig ” INGEN har hört av sig, var det bara tomt prat ? Har alltid valt Savoy tidigare, Tänker inte boka mer på Savoy Malmö en helg, ej heller rekommendera någon annan att bo där. Mycket, mycket dåligt av en så stor och etablerad hotell kedja.
Det finns gott om andra hotell i Malmö att välja på till nästa vistelse.

Stately old hotel that has been updated and has great staff
Pros:

Stayed 4 nights. Good service at the hotel and breakfast/restaurant. Classic hotel that is reasonably recently updated with some new fixtures. A bit hard to navigate to our room but everything worked well and it was a very easy going and enjoyable stay. Which is what you want from a hotel. The location is superb. Would definitely return.

Havde en bedre oplevelse sidst, da jeg overnattet i den bygning der nu er et andet hotel.

Hotellets beliggenhed.

Cons:

Der var ikke personale nok på arbejde om aftenen i restauranten, ventede 1 time på en hovedret og en kuvert var glemt, vi var kun 4 personer.
