Overordnet indtryk var godt indtil vi kom ind på værelset.
Pros:

Venligt personale og god morgenmad. Indtrykket af hotellet var rigtig fint i receptionen.

Cons:

Værelset var slidt.. ikke bare lidt, sengen var i stykker, lyset på badeværelset blinkede, loftet var opløst og dryssede, håndtaget på værelsesdøren faldt af og der lugtede fælt af kloak. Hotellet var under renovation hvilket gjorde at vores udsigt var et stillads og fredag morgen blev vi vækket af håndværkerlarm.

Vi väcktes och kunde inte somna om då bygget pausade och startade om varje 15 min ungefär fram

Cons:

Vi fick ett uppgraderat rum enligt mannen i receptionen. Men duchvredet fungerade inte rätt. Urgängat. Dålig ventilation/luft i rummet. Vi behövde ha fönster öppna. Och väcktes vid 06:00 av renovering/bygge som pågick utanför samt soppbilen. Så läget och val av rum kändes inte som en uppgradering. När man bor på hotell önskar man få sova ut och känna sig utvilad.

Läget och den äldre stilrena atmosfären

Cons:

Gungande dubbelsäng, som en vattensäng när någon vände sig i den.
Ljudlig ventilation och surrande kylskåp.
Sov-upplevelsen är alltså inte den bästa.

Gott om plats…vi fick ett större rum än förväntat

Cons:

Frukosten var helt OK, men det var lite stressande med relativt få sittplatser i förhållande till antalet gästar… man kände sig ”tvingad” att äta frukosten snabbt då fler gäster väntade

An comfortable, enjoyable stay for the two of us traveling by train.
Pros:

The Elite Hotel Savoy has a fantastic location It is right across the canal from the central train station [where the rental cars are as well] and on the other side, one block from the town center. The breakfast is an excellent European style buffet.

Cons:

The decor is a little old fashioned
