It was a pleasant stay otherwise. We would recommend it and will come back if we have a chance.
Pros:

had good free breakfast. staff are nice and communicative. Easy to find parking spot.

Cons:

ice machine was too far, had to go downstairs cuz the one on our floor didn't work. Noisy at night d/t some people who had pets barking.

Bait and switch—book the shuttle when you book your room

Cons:

I booked it for the overnight parking and airport shuttle, yet the shuttle was already booked for the next morning when I arrived; I stayed overnight and parked at the airport instead for $30, but the hotel still charged me $10 for flight parking. The front desk reported they did not have authority to refund it.

My favorite person was Duy, the shuttle driver. He took excellent care of me.

Very popular with families.
Pros:

It is close to the airport and has a shuttle every 30 minutes. It is family friendly. Rooms were good sized.

Cons:

It is dated. Carpets are old, and everything is just as faded. Sheets had old blood stains. The stove gave out one morning and very little food was available. The hot food was usually pretty cold. We asked multiple times, before and after we arrived, for a rollaway bed. It took at least 5 requests to get it. No one responded to my precheckin messages through Booking. Staff was very mixed on helpfulness. It is sort of insult added to injury that they charge for parking at a place like this.

Breakfast: nothing hot one day, and the next day toaster. Etc quit working due to fuses. Staff working very hard but facilities not functioning and therefore breakfast not as advertised

Decent place but, watch out for those amenities!

Convenient for the Airport, decent price

Cons:

The TV nor the A/C didn’t work, we were forced to change rooms.

The breakfast Buffet was atrocious… All of the food bins were empty or near. Very messy and nobody really tending to the situation. We ended up having to go out to eat.
