Good location
It was clean and fresh

Nice choice of breakfast foods.
Public can come in and use the bar/ spa and it was very busy. Causing delays to get served and making the spa facilities seem cramped!
There is no security and no lift security, which is a concern giving the fact the public walk in off the street to use the bar and also to use the toilets at reception.
Some of the carpets could be doing with a good clean.
Spa steam room could be doing with a clean!
Love being able to park, having a view or the dock, comfortable large room and water sports being close to the shops and sights.
Food was great. Room was very tidy and staff very helpful

On y a passé un bon moment, si ce n’est les alarmes entre minuit et 1 heure du matin qui se déclenchent 3 fois…mais bon c’est pas la faute de l’hôtel
Le jaccuzi trouble et ne faisant quasi pas de bulles… le hammam qui ne fait pas de vapeur…

Nothing it was perfect
Two cheerful staff on hotel reception. Also one cheerful lady at the food reception. I had a pint of Guinness whilst waiting in the lounge for a taxi to take me to the airport which was nice.
It all looks a bit tired. Chipped paint everywhere, dirty, i.e. stained, carpets. Main entrance is a revolving door which did not work while we were there. The alternative entrance door was at the restaurant reception but this door frequently jammed. So to enter the hotel we had to knock loudly on the door to gain staff attention. Female staff were unable to open the door from the inside . They returned with a man dressed as a chef who had sufficient heft to force the door. He was grim faced and clearly unhappy being taken away from his job to enable clients to enter the hotel. Fortunately there was not a fire when we visited. Large lady who appeared to run front of restaurant had a penchant for picking her nose in the eating area. We visited twice then not again. Lack of products in bedroom, e.g. we had to ask cleaning staff in the corridor on two occasions for a toilet roll. Plenty soap though.

Staff were friendly and made it extra special for my partner’s birthday with free drinks. Hotel was modern and car park next to it.
We stayed in Aug, the room was far too warm with no air conditioning. We had to open the 1 window which helped but made it difficult to sleep as we could hear a lot of cars and lorries going past given its location.
