The hotel is lovely, really nice room and friendly staff
Our room was next to a staff area and a noisly appliance ran through the night which kept us awake. The pool was a bit crowded to enjoy so would prob try and avoid a weekend stay next time.
Ease of parking, welcoming & helpful staff, great location and room matched description on website. It was great to be able to use the hotel restaurant & bar facilities with good menu options and professional service.
Not so much "not liked" but, in order to support the worthy aims of re-using towels which I support, it would be really useful to have sufficient rail space in the bathroom on which to hang and dry out used towels!

Great location. Very modern hotel with excellent facilities. Room had everything we needed. Beds command pillows.
The pool times for kids under 16 is unfair to families coming to relax. Kids over 14 should be allowed in gym if with adult.

Booking spa facilities complicated
The room and bathroom were very good. The receptionist who checked me in and out was excellent. When I reported the issues on check-out, she reduced my bill with very good grace.
The fan and heating were both on at full output. I could not get the wall control to function. It was over 30 degrees even with the window open, so I got little sleep. Despite 'no phone use' signage throughout the spa, when I used the pool, several men were using their phones/possibly filming; in the women's changing area, phones were being used. I felt very uncomfortable. There is no private changing in the women's shower area. When I asked at the desk for a robe to use between my room and the spa, I was denied as I didn't have a high enough room rating. I booked the hotel to use the spa - I won't be returning.
Staff, location, food and drink selection

Spa ist etwas lächerlich und hat den Namen nicht verdient. Textilsauna, sehr klein, Dampfbad penetranter Geruch, leicht schmuddelig das Ganze. Whirlpool auch mit wenig Pfupf.
Das Beste sind noch die Umkleide und das Gym.
