Pros:

Great hotel, great staff, breakfast was lovely, bar and lounge top notch.

Cons:

Couch in suite was stained from "partying" which should have been cleaned or replaced. But honestly the hotel was excellent and im picking perfection.

Pros:

La camera stile moderno, funzionale con tutti i comfort. Acqua in abbondanza e apprezzatissimi le creme e tutti i gadget nel bagno. Il personale sempre gentile e cortese. La posizione eccellente per via della metropolitana esattamente sotto l'hotel con snodo per poter andare in molte direzioni della città. Ginza a due passi, con tutti i ristorantini a portata di mano.

Cons:

La colazione a mio avviso migliorabile .... molto da business. Anche il ristorante molto piccolo e sempre per la colazione solo international con opzione japanese solo sabato e domenica.

Risceglierei ancora questo hotel per i prossimo viaggi a Tokyo
Pros:

L’hotel ci é piaciuto tantissimo! Si trova all’interno di un grattacielo, la struttura e le camere sono molto belle, noi avevamo la camera con vista sulla Tokyo Tower, la differenza di prezzo vale la vista! Il personale é accogliente e disponibile, le camere sono molto pulite, la colazione é abbondante e di qualità. Anche la posizione é ottimale, dal piano B2, al quale si scende con l’ascensore direttamente dall’hotel, si accede alla stazione Shimbashi e anche a 3 linee della metro. Inoltre sempre al piano B2 c’è un Family Mart (comodissimo) e altri negozi. É possibile raggiungere il quartiere Ginza anche a piedi e nelle vicinanze ci sono tantissimi localini dove fare pranzo e cena. Spero di ritornarci presto!

אהבנו את אדיבות הצוות, נקיון המקום, גודל החדר, מחיר ארוחת בוקר הוגן וארוחת בוקר מאוד עשירה. בקרבת המלון יש אתר של גנים יפה, מעל הכל שירות מעולה של כלל נותני השירות הן בקבלה, הן בשירות לאורח והן בחדר האוכל. וחשוב שיודעים לדבר אנגלית.

Cons:

אני חושב שמיקום המלון ביחס לתחתנת הרכבת, אזור מאוד מאוד שקט ללא פעילות של חיי לילה.
