Paid for a view of the Shiodome but the bed faces away from it? So you only see it physically standing at the window which was a bit silly.

Superbly located hotel. Excellent room. Great service.
Pros:

The hotel is very well located in a relatively quiet area, but within easy walking distance of Shimbashi station (many lines) and Ginza. There are a couple of convenience stores close by. The staff are very warm and eager to help. The room was spacious and extremely well equipped, and the WiFi was very good. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute.

Cons:

The hotel starts on the 24th floor. It was disconcerting to arrive after a long flight with family to find no help with luggage. It's a small issue which didn't affect our stay after that, and we did have a porter to take us down on departure.

Exceptional location and facilities!
Pros:

Exceptional location, fabulous breakfast and the executive lounge was amazing.

Cons:

Recommendations for spa treatments outside of 7pm-2am and our hotel room would have been fantastic.

Lovely stay
Pros:

I can't praise the staff enough. staff was super friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely with a good amount of living space. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, we loved it. Room was super clean and cleaning service was efficient.

We had a upgrade for the room what was very nice. The apéro time was very nice also. The metro is just downstairs.
