Noce but could be better if clients were more welcome
Cons:

The reception has a massive bar that is only accessible for people that want to eat food. I went there while it was empty but couldn’t order a coffee. As a result, this place is often empty when clients of the hotel could enjoy this place for drinks. It seems the hotel is not run for its guests

Pros:

Unser Zimmer im 38 Stock hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bäder sind neu und sehr schön ausgestattet. Sehr angenehmes Licht und Farben im Zimmer.

Cons:

Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank . Für 2 Personen und 5 Tage Aufenthalt kann man nur an der Garderobe ein paar Sachen aufhängen. Keine Liegeschränke für T-Shirts etc. Wir mussten die Koffer offen lassen und aus dem Koffer leben.
Das Wlan ist extrem schlecht und langsam. Das Zimmer unserer Tochter im 37 Stock ist veraltet und das Bad sehr umkomfortabel und alt( mit Duschvorhang , welcher unansehnlich war). Der 37 Stock ist ebenfalls Premier Etage und wir haben uns sehr gewundert über die schlechte Ausstattung und Zustand des Zimmers ( Bodenbelag, Licht, Bad ..)
Zu diesem Preis eine schlechte Ausstattung. Das Frühstück in der Lounge ist immer gleich, es gibt keine Abwechslung. Das selbe am Abend ( bis 20.00 Uhr) - immer das selbe Angebot. Über die Mittagszeit gibt es eine Mini Auswahl an Gebäck. Dies ist wirklich lächerlich für ein Hotel in Tokio. In dieser Stadt gibt es so tolles Gebäck und wir sind hierüber wirklich enttäuscht gewesen. Der Preis für den Zugang zur Lounge wurde extra gebucht . In Kyoto war dies eindeutig besser im Royal Park Hotel. Da wir vor 2 Jahren dort waren, haben wir diese Hotelkette auch in Tokio gebucht und waren in diesem Falle enttäuscht.
Bei Reservierungen durch die Concierge müssen wir ebenfalls sagen, dass dies nicht hilfreich war, da diese zu umständlich und nicht zielführend waren.

Great location and convenient stores below
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent as usual. I have stayed here 3 times. My room location was a pleasant surprise, I was given a corner of the building and my request for a firm bed was taken care of. I will book here again next year.
