The location was very convientant and the staff was very welcoming and always helpful when we had questions!
Our room was already ready when we arrived, which was pleasant after a long 15h journey!
The room was spacious and very clean! We got new towels and amenities every day and the room had nice temperature.

This is our 4th time staying at this hotel so we knew exactly what to expect. It's not too bad a walk to Shimbashi Station, even in the Summer heat. The hotel is really close to Shiodome Station but I tend to prefer to use Shimbashi, especially since we were arriving from Kyoto and leaving the next day for Tohoku. The bed is comfy and the laundry room wasn't as busy as the last time I stayed here, so I was able to get a load of laundry done. The room is not huge by any means, but it is well designed and the beds are decently comfortable.
I didn't get the breakfast this trip, because I didn't like the breakfast last time we stayed here. I am not sure if this counts since there is always a chance they changed it. I'm quite picky though, so other people might be less fussed with the breakfast.

Excellent location
Sans doute le meilleur hôtel de notre voyage au Japon. Personnel attentif et prêt à répondre à vos besoins. Une chambre spacieuse, silencieuse et bien équipée et surtout une vue TOP sur la ville depuis la chambre. Petit déjeuner varié, emplacement très proche du métro et de la gare. Si nous retournons un jour à Tokyo, ce sera probablement dans cet hôtel !
De ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps !

The room was small en didn’t look like the pictures online. The beds were small and the room smelled of smoking.
Tolle Aussicht vom Eckzimmer auf die Stadt und Tokyo Skytree. Zimmer sehr grosszügig und schön ausgestattet. Gutes Frühstück (auch interkontinentales). Gute Lage (Einkauf, Restaurants, U-Bahn). Schöne Bar mit Aussicht auf die Stadt.
Das Zimmer wurde offenbar seit geraumer Zeit nicht ordentlich gereinigt.
Friendly staff, room was good, central walking to train. Staff on the front desk were amazing with any request. Umbrellas were great on a rainy day. Organised late checkout. Nothing a problem.
