The staff were very helpful, very close to the subway and monorail.
The view of Tokyo tower
Clean and nice floor
Bathroom was too steamy too quickly
Excellent property, amazing location and super clean rooms. Definitely recommend it to everyone
The good thing about the property is the location but I was not impressed at the hotel itself. We stayed at Kyoto and Osaka which was cheaper and had much better aesthetics of the hotel.
It was expensive for what it offered. The size of the hotel is small and also it had mould on the bathroom which is not ideal at all for an expensive hotel. The hotel needs to upgrade their content and the bathroom needs renovating as you can tell that it’s an old hotel. Please refer to the photos for evidence of mould.

Executive lounge was amazing, we had drinks and nibbles before going out on the Friday night. We were on floor 37. The staff were great and very helpful.
We only stayed the one night.
Very modern upmarket hotel. Room and bathroom were fairly small (probably not by Tokyo standards) but large bed, and spotless room (very clean, no marks on walls etc). Plenty of drinking water provided.
All rooms are on high floors above 24th floor, where the reception is. View from the breakfast area over Tokyo Tower and the railways (Shikansen, Yamanote line etc.) was stunning.
Hotel is very well located, a short walk easily done with luggage from Shimbashi station (Yamanote line: one stop to catch the monorail for Haneda, two stops to Tokyo station for the Shikansen) and the Shimbashi area, which has plenty of independent restaurants and shops, and a great Tokyo feel. Also walking distance to Ginza and next to the overground rail station for Odaiba.
Room was fairly small, not much storage. Unfortunately, view from the room on the 33rd floor was just on another office building.
Bed mattress was fairly hard. Breakfast is fairly expensive, but included one egg dish cooked to order and an amazing view.
