Todo genial
Las habitaciones son muy confortables y el personal es muy amable y atento. Me gustó especialmente lo cálido y acogedor que se siente el hotel durante el invierno, además de la iluminación natural y la tranquilidad del lugar. Es un ambiente muy agradable que permite descansar y sentirse cómodo durante la estadía.
Podría mejorar un poco la coordinación para la entrega de la factura. Después de mi estadía, tuve que contactarme con el hotel para solicitarla, ya que no llegó a mi correo electrónico como me habían indicado al momento del checkout. El personal fue muy amable y se puso en contacto conmigo para hacerme llegar el documento. Sin embargo, sería ideal mejorar este proceso para evitar que el cliente tenga que solicitar la factura nuevamente.

O café da manhã é bem servido e a equipe de atendimento da recepção e do bar/café são muito simpáticas, porém, queremos agradecer em especial o rapaz cubano que trabalha no estacionamento, muito simpático e educado, nos auxiliando sempre.
