Cons:

The hot water knob was not right way on facet could not tell if you had cold or hot sheet was damp and they know they put you in room where smoke been in to get you're deposit so be very aware the room so you don't get taken

Terrible we left immediately. Felt unsafe.
Pros:

Nothing it was absolutely horrible. Nothing like the photos. We felt completely unsafe and there was roaches and mold. As well as extreme deffered maintenance, everywhere. Vagrants around the area.

Cons:

My coworker and I felt extremely unsafe. The staff was unhelpful when we tried to check out immediately. I still have not received my deposit after over 24hrs. We stayed for less than forty minutes.

Disappointed
Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

This certain one gives all of the others a bad name. The room was in need of repairs. There were roaches crawling around. Broken up concrete in walkway. Not a very safe feeling for staying. Stayed in one last month Hattiesburg and was very pleased.. this one was a disgrace.

No hot water for shower, lukewarm at best. No milk for cereal. Could really use some upgrades. Essentials seemed to be watered down (shampoo, body wash. No conditioner, bottle completely empty. No clock, burned out light bulbs. Had an odd odor did not smell fresh as a hotel/motel. Thank you for the stay. Should have taken photos. Looks to be a very old facility.

Stayed before but this time was not like the first.
Pros:

The location was solid and central to a lot of restaurants. Not very busy hotel so parking is open and pretty available. The pool area was decent. The bathroom had good water pressure in the shower.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable and the room had a smell. I always bring an air freshener but the wet moist smell was definitely a turn off. Even the bed kind of felt damp but I always bring extra blankets so I was able to make due.
