The staff were rude and unattentive. Supposed to be in a deluxe room. It was not, needed up dated and cleaned. Damaged furniture, sockets hanging off walls. Chipped paint work, shabby furnishings. Glad only stayed in this hovel for one night
The property is so beautiful nestled in trees. Pool is nice. Rooms are spacious with wardrobe closet. Ice machine close by

This hotel was terrible
Our stay at this hotel was June 26th-28th. I stayed with my two teenage daughters and chihuahua(who was mostly caged)This hotel scammed me out of my deposit. They claimed that my two teenage daughters and I stained sheets and towels. In the pictures they sent me through email you can see the stains in the sheets CAN’T be removed( which means they were done way prior to our stay). We only stayed for two nights. The towels in the pictures are dirty due to us using them and then placing them OUTSIDE our hotel room which we were instructed to do by the woman staff member that was in the front office when we TRIED to return them to the front office for fresh ones(also keep in mind there was NO hallway outside our hotel just bare pavement and we never checked the pavement to see if there was anything on it BEFORE placing the used linen on it) I asked the woman staff member TWICE to make sure it was okay to leave the dirty linen outside the hotel door DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE IS ONLY PAVEMENT OUTSIDE THE DOOR NOT CARPET. She said I could and they’d have it picked up so I did. I wanna be very clear because of the fact that THIS IS a 2 star hotel I was NOT shocked by minor stained sheets on the bed,over ran trash cans outside the hotel door,and alive and dead bugs in the room(I only came to the hotel to clear my head for 2 days) this was NOT for a real vacation nor a choice of stay that my girls and I were accustomed to but I just needed to clear my head and my daughters wanted to get in the pool.I didn’t expect to be blamed for issues that my family and I didn’t create or issues that could be resolved with a simple WASH. Stealing deposits is NOT OKAY, but it is definitely a lesson learned. I don’t stay at 2 star anything and I won’t make this mistake ever again. Please be aware of this possible hotel scam. Protect yourself and your deposit by documenting.
We booked this hotel on experia and we had the manager walk us to our room to do an inspection and as soon as I lifted the covers to look at the mattress I immediately saw bedbugs!!! He brushed them off like it was nothing and proceeded to offer us another room and we respectfully declined and went downtown to aloft which was a great experience..I knew this place was garbage when we pulled up because it was noticeable drug addicts coming and going and noticeable prostitution.. this place is horrible stay away from it.. disgusting!!
