La habitación muy grande y bella, baño lindo, comodas las camas.
Que no tiene elevador, nos toco en el primer piso y cargamos las maletas por las escaleras
Local cafe had a great breakfast. Great location.
To keep with the character of the hotel there was no elevator.
Beautifully decorated hotel and very comfortable .
Nothing
Beautifully appointed hotel with a mix of old with new. Our room was very clean and they allowed us to check in early for a small fee. Our only complaints were the room we had was very dark and the lamps and lighting were either annoying (overhead) or too low of light. The window looked out to a building that was very close so it let in very little light. The floors were also very squeaky but understandable for an old building. The front desk staff along with the porters were very friendly and helpful. We loved the little bar for happy hour cocktails - very quaint and cozy! The hotel was within walking distance of most of the best sights of Seattle.
Lighting in our room.
Location. Nice renovated space for an older building.
In my room there was a mirror with an obvious space below that let light in. Do not know where that light was coming from.
Clean and quiet
No elevator
Well appointed, comfortable e quiet. Easy to park.
Check-out 11:00.
Superb location to access some of Seattle's major tourist spots (Space Needle, Chihuly glass centre are 15 minute walks away), good coffee shops and quality restaurants. Nicely renovated rooms and very friendly staff.
Room tea/coffee options a little basic. Be mindful that there are no elevators albeit the porters are extremely helpful.
We truly enjoyed our stay at MarQueen Hotel. The location was excellent for our visit to Seattle, and the neighborhood was charming and very walkable.
The only downside was a noticeable old-building odor in parts of the property/room. Improving ventilation or freshness would make the stay even better.
Such a great vibe. Beautifully restored and stuff were wonderful.
No complaints
On Monday at 9:15pm the employee named "Jazz" decides to call my room out of the blue with an extremely accusatory tone.
The phone, which sits directly next to my bedroom pillow; shoots me awake. I'm here in Seattle alone and expecting no phone calls - I answer with a simple "Yes".
"Why are you yelling at me?" she torts off.
....
"YOU HAVENT GIVEN ALL THE INFORMATION REQUIRED!!!" Jazz shouts.
24 hours prior I had given all the proper documents the day before. Even if I hadn't; why is Jazz, this disgruntled employee asking for these items 12 hours before my CHECK OUT time? Has this person forgotten that they are an employee - I am a guest and Jazz has 1) Made a mistake 2) Awaken me at 9pm for no apparent reason 3) are now yelling at me 4) Now asking that "we respect one another". When she is disturbing my peace. I had been inside my hotel room for over 24 hours and Jazz is accusing a hotel guest of not giving the proper information which you Jazz or someone else misplaced or overlooked.
Jazz was extremely out of line, rude, accusatory, and disrupted my otherwise pleasant stay while at the Marqueen hotel.

Beautiful
No elevator, no restaurant
I loved the old European style, the location, the really comfortable bed and the attention to detail. The friendly service was outstanding I will use the MarQueen on any return to Seattle. I really loved it.
Nothing.
It is beautifully decorated, with the feeling and charm of a different era, but with all the modern elements that make it feel modern and comfortable. I’ve stayed in older buildings like this before and they often feel tired and rundown (and smell old too) this building was fresh, clean, and historical all at once. I can’t fault a thing. Awesome location with so many things in walking distance.
I didn’t like that I only had one night booked. I’ll definitely try to make it back.
Excellent customer service; beautiful decor upgrade retaining a salute to the building history.
Exceptional front desk staff assistance as it was our first visit to Seattle.
The history of the building, super comfortable bed and pillows, cafe and bar
