Resort excelente e bem localizado em Orlando
Pros:

Ficamos neste hotel e chamamos de momento de descompressão, pois o resort é fantástico. Piscinas maravilhosas, hotel enorme, paisagens lindas demais, limpo e com estrutura de cozinha, muito bom. Tem academia, localização perfeita em Orlando. Ficamos aqui 3 dias, eu já havia me hospedado em 2025 e adoramos, resolvemos ficar 3 dias lá antes de ir para casa que reservamos para ficar o mês. Estes 3 dias foram adquiridos ano passado por um valor ínfimo, com a obrigação de assistir uma palestra durante a estadia, o que fizemos no segundo dia.

Cons:

Gosto de tudo neste resort, ele é fantástico. O que eu não gostei foi que minhas duas filhas também foram convidadas para participar da palestra e ganharam um cartão com 175 dólares cada uma. A palestra era para vender um pacote de benefícios para usufruir a rede deles. Achamos interessante para adquirir mas precisávamos falar com meu filho, para comprar em família, e eles não permitem, ou assina na hora ou não pode adquirir o que está sendo vendido. Isso passa muita insegurança em todos, pois trata-se de um contrato que pode chegar a 500 mil reais. Este falo nos deixou inseguros, se não fosse isso teríamos fechado negócio. Não tem porque não permitir que vc resolva entre família e de a resposta horas depois. Isso nos deixou temerosos com a compra. E preciso que vocês repensem, ninguém fecha um contrato deste montante sem pensar.

Pros:

Everything was perfect the space all clean very quiet the rooms are very very big we had a car drive everywhere was close 10 min drive max to any Disney or universal park supermarket also very close 2 min drive for grocery shopping

A wonderful stay with a toddler
Pros:

We loved staying at the Vistana. The location was unbeatable - 5 minutes to Disney Springs, 10 minutes to the parks and close to supermarkets. The facilities (room, pool) were everything we needed and more, and we appreciated how frequently housekeeping came to freshen up the room.

Cons:

We were not on the top floor so we had noisy neighbours above us, but other than that nothing.

Terrible because I was stranded in Orlando 14 hours from home

That I was lied to and charged twice and told I was getting my money back on Tuesday it’s Saturday and I still don’t have it back talked to three different people and got three different excuses as of why I haven’t gotten it back and as of right this second I still don’t have my money back
