Schrecklich, vom geruch bis zum spa (spa ist 30€ extra es stinkt ist nicht sauber die sauna ist nicht einmal vorgeheits

Im ganzen hotel am shlimmsten im zimmer riecht es nach abgluss von stuhlgsng und urin (in den lüftüngen&im wasser)
Ich hatte mir ein Kleid gekauft was mir leider zu klein war , am nechsten tag bin ich zur boutique und habe gemerkt das ich die quitung nicht dabei hatte, ich hatte keine sorge weil ich die leeren säcke (vom einkauf auf dem balkon gelassen habe und einfach die quitungen verwechselt habe beim raus gehen zum wechsel) die reinung hatt alle söcke vom balkon und im zimmer in dem apfal getan somit konnte ich das kleid nicht wechsel auf anfrage was man tun kan auch wegen preilicher hinsicht sagten sie mir sie können nichts tun, das jotel hate schuld hat aber nichts unternommen. Wären die quitungen im apfal gewesen hötte ich es verstanden aber sie haben einfach slle säcke weggeschossen

Fantastické ubytování s výbornou lokalitou
Pros:

Hotel se nachází na perfektním místě. Kousek od centra a v samotném okolí se nachází nákupní třída i nespočet dobrých restaurací. Personál byl velmi milý a vstřícný, vyhověli všem našim nadstandartním požadavkům, čehož si moc vážím.
Hotel je moderní, krásně zařízený, sem tam lze vidět menší opotřebení, ale je to zanedbatelné. Postele byli moc pohodlné a velmi dobře se na nich spalo, byl i krásný klid díky předsíni v pokoji. Co se týká snídaní, tak zde byl k dispozici studený bufet plného čerstvého pečiva, zeleniny i ovoce a na objednání u obsluhy bylo v ceně meníčko, kde vám kuchař připraví třeba čerstvé lívance nebo různé druhy omelet. Perfektní ubytování a moc rád se sem zase vrátím.

Cons:

Drobné opotřebení některého nábytku. Je to ale zanedbatelný detail, který nebrání celkovému velmi dobrému dojmu.
