Very disappointing - no access to spa area included in room fee

The location is very nice

Cons:

I booked the hotel because of the nice SPA und Wellness are. Unfortunately I learned during Check-in that my room has not any access to the spa area included - only Junior Suite. This was not transparent on the website or on the booking process available. As I picked this hotel because of the SPA I am very dissapointed - the Spa Entry costs Extra 30 Euro. Sorry - very bad customer experience.

Close to shopping and restaurants. 20 minute walk to Duomo.
Pros:

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!!

كل ما اسافر ميلان بحجز فهالفندق
Pros:

وجود الشطاف في الحمام.
المواقف تبعد 4 دقايق مشي عن الفندق وسعرها ممتاز لليوم الواحد 32€ وفيها سيكيورتي موجود ووسيعه جداً، تعامل الموظفين كان ممتاز وخدومين جداً. سعره ممتاز ويبعد عن الدومو مشي 14 دقيقه مشي تقريباً ولكن موقع الفندق ممتاز على شارع تجاري جميل فيه محلات متنوعه وقهاوي، وفيه خيارات للتسوق جميله، يوجد موقف للوقوف نص ساعه مقابل الفندق مما يتيح لكم تنزيل وتحميل امتعتكم او اذا معاكم عائله تقدرون توقفون لهم. بالعربي الفندق ممتاز حق الي معاه سياره ويقع في المنطقه B ولكن تاكدو من الفندق اذا السياره مسموحه للدخول لهالمنطقه لان نظام القياده في ايطاليا او ميلان تحديدا لازم تراجعونه عشان تتجنبون المخالفات.

غرفة الكنق روم صغيره نوعاً ما ومناسبه لشخص واحد، غرفة الاسره المنفرده واسعه وجميله، عن تجربتي في غرفة الكنق روم كان ماي الشاور خفيف والماي الحار مب قوي او حار كفايه.

Hotel maravilhoso, bem localizado e com excelente atendimento!
Pros:

O hotel é muito bem localizado, ao lado da estação de metrô e a uma curta caminhada até os principais pontos turísticos, incluindo a Duomo de Milão. O próprio bairro e a rua já são um local que vale a pena a visita. Vários restaurantes e lojas famosas próximas! As acomodações são lindas, aconchegantes e de bom gosto. Atendimento perfeito por todos os funcionários e um destaque especial ao café da manhã: bem sortido com produtos feitos na hora. E um mimo especial: nosso checkout foi muito cedo, antes do horário de início do café da manhã. Mas a recepcionista do hotel fez uma "lancheira especial" contendo os itens do café da manhã para comermos no caminho para o aeroporto. Um cuidado que faz toda a diferença!!! Recomendo demais!
