Aldrig mer. Schweiz, Zurich och hotellet är en arrogant och dyr kopia på Österrike.
Pros:

Ingenting. Dålig lokal, dålig personal och dålig mat. Den sämsta frukosten på många år.

Cons:

Den utlovade chokladfontänen som visas mycket på bilderna från hotellet saknades. När jag påtalade detta för personalen så fick jag veta att den är "trasig". Det tror jag knappast på. Att köpa en ny sådan är lätt gjort.
Frukosten var överlag torftig och fattig, dåligt utbud och det enda som påminde om choklad var Nutella i engångsförpackning. Nivån på frukosten bevisades av att skylten vid apelsin juicen angav "Hot Water". Det säger allt om engagemanget från hotellets sida för att göra en bra frukost.

A welcoming hotel in an excellent location, with great transport links and attentive staff.
Pros:

The location was excellent, very close to both the train station and tram stops. The old town began just one street away, yet the rooms were well insulated, so we were not disturbed by any outside noise. Check-in was very smooth, and since our rooms were ready, we were able to settle in a little earlier than expected. The staff were attentive and helpful. As a lovely welcome touch, a chocolate fountain, perfectly matching the hotel’s name, was available for guests at the entrance.

Cons:

The rooms were quite small, and there was not enough space to open our suitcases comfortably. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and did not affect our overall positive experience.

Bien fait tout, vous pourriez sentir de qualité quand vous êtes dedans la taille de salle de bains vraiment p’tit . Personnel est amicable mais ne pas orienté vers sa clientèle de tout. Je pas les photos de cette L’hotel mon portable était volé en Munich et les photos je ne pas mis en Cloud….

J’ai une impression forte que on était en Ligurie payer votre facture et shut up! En surface le personnel était amicable, mais en réalité pas de tout que elle m’a demander absolument de réserver un autre chambre!!! Je ne voulez pas d’être traité comme ça. Mais elle est en fiche de tout) -Aussi ça va pour les jeunes et les personnes que voulez boire et puis dormir là. Nous ne somme pas intéressé de boire. La place était bruyant pour moi et ma fille.

Excelente la.ubicacion viajeros. Super cerca 300mts de Zurich HB y muy cerca del centro histórico. Los chicos hablan español y son muy serviciales.
