Excellent accommodation for an economical price.
Pros:

Very Good basic breakfast with scrambled egg and a vegetable stir fry side dish, plus a selection of bread, waffles, bagels etc. with yogurts and fresh fruit.
Staff kindly allowed me to take a dish of breakfast to my sister in nearby rehabilitation centre.

So so frustrated.

Asking the manager to check cameras and investigate it
I was preparing to leave the hotel going back to my home in Virginia ( driving from Clearwater FL) around 3:45 AM (which means I'll miss the breakfast)
When I pushed the machine to get some cold water to drink One of the employees in the front desk shutted and screamed No No you are not allowed to use this machine until breakfast I told him I'm getting some cold drink water and I'm already leaving for a long drive He insulated asked me to stop using the machine then came to disconnect the power of the machine.
I told him I'll report that incident and he said ok I don't care my name is Aaron :(

Was thinking if really he cares about customer satisfaction
He may come after I took my water and leave then he can shut it off

Estadia em hotel tranquilo, limpo e confortavel.
Pros:

Local tranquilo, facil acesso as praias da região e restaurantes. Estacionamento amplo e limpeza do quarto. Uma das praias de clearwater era otima. Agua quentinha, sem ondas e super limpa. Recomento.

Cons:

O cafe da manhã era até as 09 30h, porem ja as 09 20 comecavam a tirar as coisas do balcão.

Overall it was a good experience for a family of two adults and two little kids.
Pros:

Breakfast was good, the room was clean, we had room service almost daily, and the hotel has free parking on property.

Cons:

Nothing in particular but what stood out to us was the lobby staff didn't seem welcoming, no smiles, no greetings back, and so on.

Not for me! Cleanliness was a fail for us.

I was in room 301 and it was disgusting! Dog hairs all over! Stains on sofa!
The main reason for my low score is purely because of the dog hairs! It has laminated flooring throughout and the dog hairs were everywhere! It’s that bad that the bed sheets also had hairs on them maybe from touching the floor when being made up!
I cleaned floors myself with baby wipes and this still didn’t get it that clean! I walked round in shoes constantly to avoid picking up dog hair on socks or feet! I even slept on top of bed sheets all night!
I wouldn’t have booked knowing that pets stay in rooms!
Good job we don’t have allergies to pet hair!
