It was located in the middle so we could walk to town if needed and beautiful views from balcony
The balcony was a bit sketchy. It appeared it might jave been a window turned door. You had to step up liike 8 inches over threshold then drop down over a foot to balcony floor. My dad even fell out this “door”. So not safe for the ederly:(
Loved the location and ease of walk into town.
Bed was comfortable and lounge area was spacious.
Kitchenette was useful.
Old fashioned but extremely comfortable.
The safety rail in shower was very limiting to wash your hair. Would have been fine if shower head was at the other end. I didn't like my showering experience at all.
No sharp knife in kitchenette limited what could be done.
Location is great, staff are friendly and helpful.
Room was outdated/ old for the price you end up paying.
Unfortunately it was really hot and there was no AC!
It was 37-38*C inside the room despite opening the windows and having fans on.
swimming pool , parking lot available
access to second floor only through stairs (no lift available). we booked a room for three persons, but only one queen size bad was available. the other bed was under the sofa to be extracted and was not prepared when we arrived (we had to prepare third bed with sheets)
15-20 min walk to Jasper town.
Overall a pleasant stay
Kitchen area a bit small. No oven. Room a bit worn.
The kitchen, the loft, the skylight.
We paid just over $500 Canadian per night $1,500 total) for a queen bed room with loft. It was not worth it. Our room faced the potholed alley behind the hotel, where smoke from smokers in the designated "smoking" area would waft in any time we tried to open our partially broken window for "fresh mountain air". Some mountains could be seen in the distance, but the garbage dumpster was more prominent. Thus, we spent little time on the deck. The room itself was ok, and the queen bed loft and skylight gave the room character, but it also appeared tired and aging, with random stains on the carpet and walls, thick layers of paint on the stairs, and a mixture of fixtures from the 1970s to the present. We found the well-stocked kitchen to be the best part of the room. Overall, a mixed bag of good and not-so-good traits. A room with a better view and an operational window, and away from the designated Smoking area, would have helped a lot, though still not enough to justify the price.
well appointed
sofa bed was very uncomfortable
Good comfortable accommodation.
Location was good. I know Jasper well and visit often.
The beds were meant to be two queens and they were small doubles
A lot of noise as our rooms were close to the doors where everyone parks
There is no air conditioning and the room is hot, especially upstairs. There is no hand shower in the shower.
