Pros:

Nice room set up with decent kitchen, little balcony and comfortable room upstairs. Bathroom was small but clean and well arranged.

Cons:

No elevator to carry our many luggage’s up …

Disappointing expensive basement room that needed updating. A shame as Jasper is beautiful!

As we booked through Booking.com, the room they gave us cost more than if we had booked direst with the hotel and we were given a basement room.
Very disappointing as we had stayed here the previous year and enjoyed our stay.
The room was also very dated. No where to charge a phone. Coffee machine not working.
Some of the staff at reception were not at all understanding when we were placed in basement rooms!
Very disappointing and expensive!!!

Preis eher hoch, soweit aber alles in Ordnung. Reinigung kann verbessert werden.
Pros:

Tolle Lage 5-10 min ins Zentrum.
Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen (haben im Zentrum gegessen).
Freundliches Personal. Parkplätze genug vorhanden ohne Aufpreis.
Toller Pool. Schneller Check In.
Zimmer ist in Ordnung, größe für 3 ist ok.
Sonst auch alles sauber.
Preis eher hoch angesiedelt.

Cons:

Das Reinigungspersonal läßt zu wünschen übrig.
Mülleimer 3 Tage nicht ausgeleert, keine Handtücher getauscht und kein WC Papier nachgefüllt. Betten zwar gemacht aber die Decke einfach auf das Bett geschmissen.

Location. Quiet. Free parking. Kitchen. Plenty of towels. Countertop.

Cons:

AC not working. No scissors. Too small bowls. Weak WiFi connection. Cracking sound of the wooden floor upstairs.

Relaxing stay at a high quality hotel in a good location

The room was very comfortable and met my expectations for the price. It was a short stay but we were very happy with the room.
