An expensive bed for the night!
Pros:

Location & generous sized room

Cons:

Reception staff on arriving was miserable. We appreciated we were early but there was no attempt to see if a room was ready or offer a pre check in and offer use of facilities
No air con in room, breakfast average and extra charge for orange juice or anything other than non-drip coffee
No hour happy or discount for residents to use bar/restaurants in evening, especially given most other establishments offered some happy hour.
Disappointing given the need to encourage people back to the resort.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit Bergblick, im Schlafzimmer 270 Grad Rundumblick. Lies sich sehr gut lüften. Unten sehr, sehr geräumig, mit Sitzgruppe und Küchenzeile.

Cons:

Das Hotel nebenan hatte die sehr laute zentrale Klimaanlage direkt an der Grundstücksgrenze. Klimaanlage ist im gesamten Hotel nicht vorhanden. Durch kühle Nächte und Möglichkeit quer zu lüften war das kein Problem.

The Jasper Inn and Jasper itself is a pleasant place to stay with plenty to see and do.
Pros:

The room at the Jasper Inn was comfortable, spacious, fully equipped and well appointed.
Whilst the fires of 2024 have left their mark, Jasper is on the rebound and there is plenty to see and do there especially for nature lovers.

Loft suite
Pros:

We stopped two nights at this hotel in a loft suite. The room was clean, of a good size and equipped with a small kitchen. It wasn’t super hot out but it felt hot in the room. We opened the balcony doors and the velux to create some blow through. It’s an older property but would benefit from a remodel, including installing AC and an elevator, as dragging heavy cases up stairs isn’t fun.

Disappointed
Pros:

2 bedroom suite was hot, dark and the oven didn’t work. Nowhere to hang clothes or wet towels, no storage for clothes - suitcases and backpacks took up all living room floor. Uncomfortable sofa, nowhere to sit and eat. Poorly equipped kitchen. Not kept up with modern standards unfortunately. Suite was clean but very basic.

A Great Place to Stay

We had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The location was convenient, and everything was well maintained. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good base to explore the area
Pros:

Well located a short walk into the town. The room was clean, well decorated and had all we needed although it was a little snug for 5 especially with a teen that likes to spend a long long time in the one bathroom. It made a great base for exploring the area. The pool and hot tube area were really excellent. So nicely designed, clean and an all round great space - worth picking here just for this facility. The restaurant had very good service and the food although basic traditional pub food was good quality and well presented.

Hot hot hot and no elevator
Pros:

I would avoid this hotel. There is no a/c or elevator. We had a room on the 2nd floor and had to carry our bags up the stairs. It was 82 degrees in the room with only a small fan available. Stay next store at the Chataeu Jasper. They have a/c and an elevator
