Literally everything! It was my second time here and absolutely loved it and it felt like home more! The staff is AMAZING and the food is really really great!! The chefs are doing excellent in that restaurant and behind those ovens😂🔥.

Awful. Bad.
Pros:

I asked for a bathtub and there was one.

Cons:

The lighting in the room is absolutely poor.
The toilet was constantly leaking water which is a waste and an irritating noise.
The room is not soundproof.
The type of other guests is appalling. They were LOUD and NOISY and DRUNK to an extend that we could not sleep AT ALL for the whole night. They were up and down the corridors, shouting and loud laughter and knocking on doors. It never stopped. And it was not children. It was all adults.
I would NOT recommend this Hotel for ANYONE. It was a BAD, BAD, BAD experience. NOT worth the amount of money. It was expensive. You would think that you will get a good night's rest in such an expensive place. But NO.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable bed. The staff were courteous especially front office team.

Cons:

The last night had a big group of university students check in and we did not sleep at all due to the noise and commotion

The location

Cons:

I asked for 2 single beds but then the beds were made as if it's 2 people sharing the same bed.
Why didn't they provide bedding utensils for each bed
And the noise from the neighbors wherever they were coming back from wherever they came from in the early hours
I tried to change the venue to Kimberly but you didn't respond to my emails

Awful and we will never stay in a Protea again.
Pros:

It was close to the N1 highway and had hot water. The front of house staff were friendly.

Cons:

No shower gel or shampoo in room, food was disgusting, both meals were really disappointing.
