Convenient location & good facilities
Pros:

Superb location, especially as the hotel is directly connected to the BTS sky train station. Room was spacious and there was no noise from the corridors or other rooms. Staff very efficient and courteous. Decent breakfast buffet including good Asian options, eggs cooked to order and lots of fresh fruit. Well equipped gym and two outdoor pools. Air con effective and quiet.

Cons:

WiFi strength in the room was variable. Rooms could benefit from updating. Annoying that the pool is laned off width ways, preventing the swimming of lengths. No bacon for breakfast!

buffet choice of food and drinks were excellent and good selection. great coffee selection and drinks, the location was ideal for what we were seeking to do in Bangkok

Cons:

the beds were too firm and I had some trouble sleeping. also I needed to ask for a second pillow which was not provided in any storage area. but was happy they did provided when asked

Man kann direkt vom hotel in die BTS station gehen.
Von der Lage sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht zu erreichen.

Great location and the Sky pool and the garden on the 12th floor is phenomenal

Cons:

The Internet had to be renewed every day and it felt like such a waste of everybody's time and energy

It’s very tired, rooms desperately need renovation. Staff were ok but not exactly helpful nor were they particularly friendly.
Check in and check out takes too much time compared to more modern hotels.

een vliegtuig geeft minder lawaai!
Kamer was muf bij binnenkomst. De ramen waren niet te openen!!
De lucht verversing / koeling gaf danig veel lawaai dat er niet te slapen was. Ook de temperatuur van de kamer was niet in te regelen: te koud !!!

De lucht verversing / koeling gaf danig veel lawaai dat er niet te slapen was. Ook de temperatuur van de kamer was niet in te regelen: te koud !!! de enige manier dit even te regelen is de electronische deur kaart te verwijderen en dan de deur open te houden.
Daarnaast meende ik een kamer met ontbijt te hebben geboekt. Dit bleek niet zo te zijn. Bij het inchecken heb ik nadrukkelijk gevraagd of ik inclusief ontbijt had, dit werd bevestigd ! heb zelfs nog gevraagd of het in de grote eet/ontbijtzaal (2e verd) was, maar naar haar zeggen was het, helaas (veeeeel beter) beneden in het restaurant in de lobby.
Bij het betreden voor ontbijt werd ik afgewezen en verwezen naar de lobby. Deze ontkende (plotseling) dat ik inclusief ontbijt had gereserveerd. Er werd verder geen enkele poging ondernomen voor een oplossing!
