Cons:

1. จองผ่าน booking ระบบบอกว่าจะตัดเงินเลย (พักบ่อย มันตัดปกติ) แต่พอไปถึงโรงแรม จนท. บอกว่าต้องจ่าย ณ เคาน์เตอร์ ทั้งๆ ที่ครั้งก่อนก็หักบัตรไปจากระบบตามปกติ คือ อยู่ดีๆ จะเปลี่ยนระบบก็เปลี่ยน (ไม่รู้ booking หรือ โรงแรมที่เปลี่ยน) แถมคำตอบจากพนักงานคือ "อันนี้ไม่ทราบค่ะ" ...พนักงานคนเดิมเลย พักมา 4-5 รอบแล้ว ตอบแบบนี้ไม่โอเค
2. การเช็คอินมั่วมาก ครั้งแรกๆ เอาแค่บัตรประชาชน ครั้งที่ 4 มีขอดู เลข booking จากโทรศัพท์ ครั้งที่ 5 นี่แหละที่มีปัญหาตามข้างต้น ทำให้เสียเวลามาก
3. ควรอบรมพนักงาน ไม่ให้กินทุเรียนก่อนออกมาประจำเคาน์เตอร์ มันเหม็นมาก โรงแรมห้ามนำทุเรียนเข้ามา แต่พนักงานอ้าปากออกมาเป็นกลิ่นทุเรียน หัวจะปวด
4. ผ้าปูที่นอน ผ้าห่ม กับผ้าเช็ดตัว ควรเปลี่ยนบ้าง เก่าจนไม่อยากใช้อะ
5. Lift ส่วนที่พัก ควรใช้บัตรแตะเพื่อใช้งานไปชั้นนั้นๆ ไม่ใช่ใครไม่รู้เดินจากรถไฟฟ้ามาขึ้นไปชั้นไหนเลยก็ได้ โอเค โรงแรมอาจมีระบบแล้ว แต่คนพักก็อยากอุ่นใจมากขึ้นไหม ?

Great location as MBK shopping is a 10 minute walk away. The skyline link as it is at the hotel.

Most hotels have outside smoking areas where i can put my but in an ashtray,not flicking out on the ground on the street

Breakfast is great. Close to mbk . Nice restaurant and massage place in the side street near the 7/11 entrance to hotel door.

Cons:

The fifth floor pool has divided parts so go to 12 floor pool for lap swimming
