We were upgraded to a suite and it was amazing and extremely comfortable.
The staff on arrival and departure were very helpful.
Nothing. The only thing I didnt like was that we were only there one night.
- Clean, spacious residence with all amenities
- Very good and convenient location
- Polite staff and attentive
- At the residencies there is cleaning service only once per week which was not mentioned in booking. Thus, every time we needed toiletries and clean towels, we had to call at the reception and ask for it.
- The lobby is under refurbishment, and currently there is work in progress. It did not feel like a 5 star hotel at the entrance.
- Next to the residencies there are also condos that other people are living and the access is not limited, which occasionally made me feel unsafe.
The property was beautiful and in a perfect location!
We stayed in the penthouse suite so it was separate from the main hotel, so our key cards wouldn’t work in the elevator or front door entrance

A acomodação é extremamente espaçosa e confortável. A localização é impecável, muito próximo da CN Tower e do Rogers Centre, casa do Toronto Blue Jays. A equipe do hotel é extremamente gentil.
O serviço de quarto é ágil e as refeições deliciosas!
Quando solicitamos uma das várias amenidades para o quarto, de forma a fazer uma surpresa para o meu filho, nossa expectativa foi superada! Decoraram o quarto todo proporcionando uma grande surpresa e felicidade!! Além de que incluíram cupcake visto que o motivo era comemorar o aniversário, além de um cartão de felicitações!
O serviço de concierge para a realização de um day trip para Niágara Falls foi impecável! E tb teve uma deliciosa surpresa ao chegar no quarto, agradecendo por ter escolhido o hotel para organizar o passeio.
Em suma, SUPER recomendamos o hotel! Com certeza se retornamos a Toronto esta será a nossa escolha!
