Sollte renoviert werden. Unser Auto war nach 6 Tagen im Parkhaus sehr schmutzig.

Very good and comfortable
Pros:

The stay was very good. I thought the room was small and there was no electric point for the iron in the living room. The only point was so close to the bed. The furniture was dated. Overall the stay was comfortable. The staff was excellent.

Pros:

호캉스 하기에 딱입니다. 쇼핑몰 연결, 수영장, 테니스장, 피클볼장 안에서 우리 가족이 먹고 쉬고 놀기에 완벽했습니다. 직원분들의 서비스도 완벽했습니다.

Cons:

놀이터는 좀 시설이 부족해보입니다. 야외놀이터 하나인데. 접근성도 좀 떨어지고 실내 시설은 없어서 아쉬웠어요.

おかげさまで本当に楽しい家族旅行を楽しめました。
レジデンスの方はホテルより客室は古そうですが、ホテルよりリーズナブルな価格で、しかしホテルと同じ共用施設(朝食会場、プール、ジムなど)を利用できるのでとてもよかったです。客室は少し古いとは言っても、無料のネスプレッソがあったり、掃除も行き届きとても快適に過ごせました。なによりもフレンドリーで丁寧なホテルスタッフが多く、とても楽しく過ごせました。ここには詳細に書きませんが、マニュアル外であろうことも、色々と臨機応変に親切に快く対応してくれました。
一点だけ難があるとすれば、ロケーションです。最寄りのMRTのプルンチット駅は徒歩だと微妙に遠く、ホテルが用意してくれてるシャトルバスを利用することになりますが、夜9時までの運行です。また、敷地内のショッピングモールの3階にフードコートがありますが、平日の日中の営業が中心で夜と週末は閉まっており、近場で済まそうとするとそのモールかホテル、あるいは近隣のレストランになりちょっと高くつくかも。
総合的に本当に良いホテルでしたので、次のバンコク旅行の際もまた泊まりたいです！

We come back here often, so we know we like it.

The staff are exceptional. Always so helpful and accomodating for our needs. They take care of our littles ones with such kindness. They have all the amenities and beautiful pool as well.

Rooms are spacious and very clean. Like having the kitchen and the extra room. Massive bathroom and bath, shower etc. Really love it here, always come back here when we're in Bangkok

Cons:

Really, there's barely anything you can fault this place one. I'm always so satisfied when we stay here.

Pros:

Conrad Bangkok offers great facility including a wide range of fitness equipment, steam and dry sauna, a pool with a large jacuzzi, fine dining experience, and more. Their staff are always helpful, courteous, friendly, and respectful. The shuttle service from and to the hotel to the BTS station is also very helpful.

We keep coming back to this hotel every year because of what they can offer.

Terrible rooms, overpriced and the staff seem disinterested. Good location

The location is brilliant

Cons:

I had a power outage when I plugged in the iron. This happened 10 or more times with no power to the room. The staff said I plugged the iron into the socket incorrectly which having lived in Bangkok for 5 years I doubt. The fault was with the electrical wiring in the room. The staff were rude and this place needs an overhaul. The rooms are in need of an overhaul. Completely overpriced for this property

Perfect!
Pros:

We had a wonderful week-long stay.
The one-bedroom suite was just perfect. Breakfast had a great variety, the pool was large and relaxing, and we really enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the garden terrace cafe.
The location couldn’t be better. We’ll definitely return!
Special thanks to the breakfast team at the main restaurant for their excellent service.
