Great conference hotel with included full breakfast and comfortable rooms.
The staff in the breakfast area are very good. They are kind and helpful.
We were in Massachusetts for my Mother’s funeral and the hotel had a dance convention. Parents did not watch their kids and they were rude and out of control.
Breakfast that's it. Everything else was filthy and horrible!
Had my room changed twice, first one had poop and urine on toilet seat and hair in shower, second room had a toilet that wouldn't flush and they didn't offer to switch rooms again until next day and the manager ONLY gave a 67$ discount lol not even a night off after we had three nights there and we had to go use the lobby bathroom all night the first night! Don't ever stay here! The front staff and manager are horribly rude! Place is SO dirty and smells!
