Pros:

Bartenders were rude and try to cheat the customers. Avoid the bar at all times.

Cons:

Bartenders treat me like a 3rd class citizen. Cheated me out of 50NOK. Personnel in breakfast room are also rude. They need to be taught not to wipe the table while the guests are eating!!!! Why do they hire a culture that is a total mismatch to Norwegian culture?? His dirty cloth went near my egg dish!!!! He fid not apologize.

Svært dyrt! 4000 kr per natt er helt tullete.
Den ene heisen var i ustand, og det ble mye kø og lang ventetid, siden hotellet var nesten fullt.

Très bon hotel pour l'emplacement, visite de la ville à pied et gare très proche.
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner! L'emplacement était idéal d'une part pour la gare qui se trouve juste à 2 pas de l'hôtel pour prendre le train express à l'aéroport, d'autre part, pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Petite note négative: nous avions réservé 2 nuits en début de semaine puis une 3eme en fin de semaine pour une chambre double supérieure. Dans le descriptif, il était mentionné le peignoir ainsi que les chaussons. Malheureusement, les chaussons étaient manquant à chacun de nos séjours. Je recommande de vérifier dès que vous êtes dans la chambre car cela m'est arrivé dans un autre hôtel qui avait oublié le peignoir et les chaussons.

Breakfast, location and room standard were all very good.

Cons:

Although our room was cleaned each day, tea/coffee/creamer was not replenished at all over four days; we had to get our own each time from the concierge.
