Cons:

Very lazy and unhelpful staff. They could not assist me with anything I asked (only v basic issues)
My room was located in a secondary building. Zero view, v noisy with some works being done at weird hours.
Location is great though but I would not return.

Expensive but for us the location was everything.
Pros:

We only had one day to stay but wanted to be right by the opera since we were attending the night of our arrival.

Cons:

Breakfast was a huge excellent spread but during weekdays it ends at 10 AM. Having had a late night & jet lag we almost missed it. The check in gentleman was a little chary with information—seemed tired of dumb questions asked by worn out travelers.

Fabulous stay. We met other guests that have stayed here before, and always come back to Thon Hotel
Pros:

The breakfast was topnotch! Endless selection of delicious and nutritious foods complemented with efficient service. All located in the heart of transportation hubs.

Cons:

The elevators required a bit of patience during peak times. We were fortunate enough to have a room with a balcony overlooking the city. The guests next to us used their balcony to smoke outside. The fumes forced us back inside.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadtmitte und das Frühstücksbuffet waren ausgezeichnet!

Cons:

Die Verbindung des TV zum HDMI-Zugang war sehr störungsanfällig. Der Service an der Rezeption behob die Einschränkungen aber immer sofort persönlich!

Pros:

Locatie direct bij station en bij centrum en haven. Gezellig en dichtbij. Personeel was aardig. Kamer was erg mooi, ruim en schoon, niet gehorig en leuk uitzicht. Fijn bed.

Cons:

Lift naar de 4e verdieping deed het de tweede dag niet. Ontbijt ter plekke was oke, maar had meer divers en vers verwacht, zoals meer soorten fruit. Voor glutenvrije en lactosevrije producten, daar miste ik de lactosevrije yoghurt (alleen soorten melk). Omdat we vroeg vertrokken, kregen we een papieren zakje met ontbijt mee. Dat was niet best. Een besmeerde (wel glutenvrije) boterham met beleg met een appel en pakje drinken. Het pakketje was bevroren en erg karig. Het papieren zakje werd vervolgens helemaal nat, omdat het bevroren was geweest. De boterham was daardoor niet lekker. Voor zo'n luxe en vrij prijzig hotel, had ik daar wel meer van verwacht.
