A very pleasant stay, with a true Aloha spirit. It was also convenient to have the option to park our car. The location

You can truly feel the Aloha spirit here, with a lovely atmosphere from the moment you walk through the entrance. The pool and bar area are also very welcoming and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere

Cons:

There are a few areas where the hotel could perhaps improve. The cleanliness of the room could be a little more consistent, as we noticed some dirt on the floor behind the curtain, and unfortunately our room was not serviced for three consecutive days. The pool water was also not always as clear as expected. Finally, the extractor fan in the bathroom was quite loud and could be improved. These are minor points, but addressing them would make the overall experience even more enjoyable.

A charming, cozy, and perfectly located Waikiki stay—we can’t wait to come back!
Pros:

Our stay at White Sands Hotel was wonderful! Boutique hotels are always our favorite, and this one completely met our expectations. The atmosphere felt warm, cozy, and perfectly beachy—exactly the kind of place we enjoy.

Our favorite part was definitely the tiki bar and pool area. The food was exquisite, and every space felt inviting and thoughtfully designed. We also loved that everything was within walking distance. The location is ideal and, in our opinion, one of the best areas to stay when exploring Waikiki.

We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend White Sands Hotel to anyone looking for a charming, relaxing, and well-located Waikiki experience.

Cons:

We truly enjoyed everything. If I had to mention one small detail, the shower could be a little larger, but it was not a big deal at all and did not affect our stay.

I would absolutely stay at this hotel again

I love the location of this hotel, I love the design of the courtyard with the pool and the bar, it was very tropical and definitely helped me to feel like I was on an awesome vacation. The location is great it's walking distance to the beach and to all the shopping and food and Waikiki. If you're going to be staying in the Waikiki and Honolulu area you do not even need to rent a car. Maybe rent a car for a day or two to drive to the North Shore but this location is awesome and the price is great
