Cons:

Our check-in was delayed by 2 hours. We were given a $50 credit, but everything was so expensive, it didn’t take long to use that up. Taking advantage of amenities was very complicated.

Disappointing to say the least
Pros:

Location was central but the street was awful. Pool/bar staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Where do I start! The room was dirty, noisy and there were no facilities to make drinks or eat so why have a microwave? There were only outside steps up to the 3rd floor - this was unexpected and dangerous as it rained a little most days. The signs don’t make it less dangerous!The road the hotel was on had homeless people in doorways which made it scary at night to walk down. It was dark outside and badly lit. The sliding door onto the filthy balcony was hard to open as it was old and misshapen. We paid an amenities fee but most of the things mentioned weren’t available.
It was utterly disappointing and falsely represented in the website photos.

Pros:

It was one of the cheapest hotel at Waikiki beach when i booked it, but everything was perfect for the price. They let me to check-in earlier. The room was beautiful with a nice view to the inner garden, everything is very green. The hot bath is very nice and the pool area also. The airport bus stopped around 2 mins by walk. Location is perfect, near to the beach, shops, everything, but not noisy. They let me stay next to the pool all day after check-out and stored my bag for free. I got back the deposit in 24 hours after check-out.

Cons:

In the kitchen there was no silverware.

Nice stay. Unpleasant thing - the lost items were not found.

Clean. Stuff friendly, location. Their Bar and barmen! They changed room when I asked
