Good short stay
Pros:

I loved that the room size was huge! Beautiful views of the pool from the room! Amazing buffet breakfast.

Cons:

The bathroom had some smells!
Also missed the bidet sprayer that was available in all the other hotels

Definitely recommend anyone who stay at Karon. The best stay experience you can get at this erea with this price range.
Pros:

Very good location and affordable price, few steps to the beach and restaurants. Rooms are big and clean, staffs are very kind and helpful. The swimming pools are amazing as well.

Cons:

The shower water is a little bit weak, and Wi-Fi is not very fast.

We had a great stay at the hotel
Pros:

Good location. Rooms were clean. Staff were great. Very suitable for families

Cons:

The place needed some renovation work doing on it to keep it fresh looking. There was some work being done in the main pool whilst we were there but it didn’t spoil our stay. I recommend the hotel have more attentive staff at the pool bar to encourage people to drink and eat at the hotel

Very friendly helpful staff,breakfast was great,location was perfect for us

Only that housekeeping didn't wash glasses/tea cups,and surfaces weren't wiped down daily when the room was made up

Pros:

The room was big and have almost everythinh you need.
Breakfast was great! Has asia and american food.
Every body was super professional and friendly.

Cons:

The only thing that really was terrible was the bathroom. Shower has no water pressure and very little water coming out. Sometime feels like the water was going to stop, and the toialet, you have to hold down forever to flush.

The hotel was clean, food was good. Staff were friendly

Cons:

There was no atmosphere whatsoever, no proper bar. No advice on what to do in the area. The location was good enough but limited information on the area itself from the staff
