We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was amazing, from the comfortable room to the excellent service. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it. Thank you for making our stay so special!
Nice place to visit. Welcoming staff. Clean rooms. Nice pool with outside walk up bar. Our only complaint is the elevators are very slow. Couple of restaurants walkable.
We stayed here for one night, but it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly, we had a nice view of the beach, parking was easy, and it was close to some of the attractions. We went there in early December, they have a nice pool but unfortunately in that time of the year you don't get too much sun, so you better use it in the morning.

The hotel was clean, upgraded, close to the beach, and within walking distance to major attractions, stores, and restaurants. Great customer service from Ulantha, she’s amazing.
Having to pay for parking, the hotel is relatively small (not sure why parking would not be included). Also free a breakfast would have been a plus
The staff were really friendly! Clean and comfortable rooms. The pool was really beautiful and it had a great view of the beach.
We didn’t like that the hotel did day passes to there pool it became like a public swimming pool on the weekend. Extremely busy that we could not get a seat around the pool all day as it was absolutely packed with people and lots of kids. I found this a bit disappointing that people that paid to stay at the hotel and use the facilities weren’t able too.
We had a great experience with our family photo shoot. The photographer was professional and super personable. We were able to review our photos and make any necessary changes on the spot to ensure we had the best possible photos. Highly recommend.
Great location. Our room was great, especially since it was facing the ocean. The pool area was well-maintained. Front desk staff were pleasant, but can be understaffed and inexperienced. We opted for a daily breakfast, which at first glance seemed sufficient, but it was understaffed, and items were at times unavailable, both leading to staff frustration and unapproachability.
I made a reservation at this hotel the same day 20 minutes before I confirmed the reservation. I called the hotel to see if there’s an oceanfront room available. They said yes I booked the room 20 minutes later I get there sorry there is no oceanfront. It’s only the side view which I agree to checked in. They asked me if I wanted points or breakfast. I asked for breakfast my husband and I changed to go for lunch. I passed by the front desk and asked for a bottle of water to take my medication. Dedra at the front desk pointed to the marketplace and said there’s water there. It’s three dollars I’m a Bonvoy platinum elite member. I get complimentary water anywhere I travel in any Marriott in the world. I told her I did not get any water when I checked in. I just need a bottle to take my medication on my way to lunch. She refused to give me a bottle of water., I walked out without it , next morning we go to breakfast. I handed them the card that was given at the front desk. They said this is only $10 off breakfast. I told them I’m supposed to have two breakfast included with my room because I denied point they said you need to go to the front desk. I went to the front desk, waiting in line again while my husband was waiting at the breakfast table. They gave me the correct card. I went back. There was an older lady as a server heavy set extremely extremely loud to the point that we heard everyone’s order around us. I literally felt like I was in a waffle house not a Marriott. I had absolutely no desire to eat anymore, I called the Bonvoy 800 number. The lady was in a shock when I told her what happened especially the water situation. She promised me she was gonna refund my 44,000 points for that one night which did not happen. It took me 3 to 4 phone calls to the Bonvoy 800 number finally today they said they contacted the hotel and the general manager would call me back instead of a callback. I get an email today saying we’re sorry that you went through what you went through, but we’re not refunding any points for you. E-mail was not signed by any name that’s how slick they are it just as front office.
This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed in in my entire life. Their staff need to find a local check cashiering place to work at instead of Marriott. This is a shame to the name of Marriott. If this is a franchise, please take it away from them as soon as possible they do not deserve this name.
The worst experience ever I would not recommend it for anyone.
