Location was great for AAU tournament.
The bed was really comfortable.
The entire hotel smelled like old cigarette smoke. The hallways. The room. Our eyes were stinging.
The breakfast was lackluster. The add water oatmeal" was so old it stuck to the packaging. Coffee was terrible and ridiculously hot.
Our shower had decent water pressure, even though water whistled and leaked out of the faucet. The tub didn't drain well, so by the second shower you were standing in an inch of water.
Large rooms, toilet was broken in our room they were quick to give us a new room since maintenance wasnt available. Very friendly front desk.

The staff was great. Everyone was very friendly. We had an issue with a broken heater in the room and they immediately changed our room and were very apologetic. The pool was great! The rooms look updated (not the bathroom but the room). The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast area was very nice. The entire hotel was clean. The free breakfast has a nice variety of choices including waffles.
The hallways are creepy. They are very narrow, dark and have very low ceilings due to the structure of the building, but don't let that keep you away. We were Leary checking in due to the outside structure and at first glance but looks are deceiving.
