They are under repairs
Bed was comfortable, Shower wasgood. Tv was good. Temp control was good.
Small. Sink area was snall. Bath area was small. No cups in the room.
They were super friendly to me and my family with our dog.
The room door frame was coming off and the bathroom door stuck alot so hard for our kids to open door after going.
The staff was great. Very clean. Quiet.
Nothing
Liked the sitting area separate from beds..it was perfect with having 3 kids
It was obvious hotel is working on upgrades and such..toilet paper holder was a little wonky..just little things like that..beds were nice but to firm of a mattress for me
The staff here were amazing! They went out of their way to be accommodating for my family! The hotel was clean and the whole atmosphere was welcoming!
Honestly, it’s not seemed to be placed in the best area and there are definitely people on drugs and homeless in the area, however my family and i had zero problems. We were safe and our cars were safe! So again, not in the best location but would stay again even with an infant, toddler, and teenager.
Room was large and very up to date. Plus room was very clean. The best breakfast we have had at any of the hotels we have stayed at on our long trip. I would highly recommend this hotel over any of the hotels we were at. We will stay again. Great staff.
I dont think any thing. The pool was great as well.th
Property was looks to have just been updated and nice.
Was in an older area. The breakfast was very sparse.
Continentary breakfast
No swimming pool
Cleanliness and kindness of the workers
I told them we had a person who couldn't see good. They put us beside the workout room that never closed, I guess. Only 6 cars here so they could have given us something better. When we laid down, the workers kept slamming doors and walking by our room. All 4 of us did not sleep more than 3 hrs. I got up and told the guy on duty we had a 10 hr. Drive the next day and he understood. No he didn't. Just kept walking around with his keychain of 50 keys....We liked the Dove soaps but we couldn't open the bathroom door. Will never stay here again.
Everything is brand new love it
Always good to see Lisa front desk n Abbey the house keeper
I like staying here The staff always helps n nice good job keep it up 💯
Enroute to Phoenix on a trip to my Client's corporate location. This location is better off than many- with the conversion appearing to mostly be done at this point to a proper Garner line hotel. That being said...there's still sharp edges, hence the average rating. No disability accessible rooms at this time (They were allegedly still working on those. (Should've had those up and done before opening, folks... NO handicapped parking at-all on the main entry side of the hotel. Ramp has a separation from the concrete portion of the ramp and the asphault of the parking lot that can potentially hang a wheelchair or even damage one.)
The pantry's well managed with a decent set of sodas, electrolyte drinks, etc.
The staff is VERY nice, very helpful. Offsets things quite a bit. Gains them a point on the overall score, while the notion that they could open up with the ADA Accessibility being as weak as it was, lost them several points that could have been avoided had they took that aspect of things more seriously.
Is this better than the Super8 that it was converted from. Absolutely. And I strongly suspect that they'd have charged us as a Super8 the same as the Garner did.
Is it up to what I consider IHG standards? ALMOST, but not QUITE. It's the best of the experience I've had from the chain and the folks ARE trying and quickly provided what help they could and made up for the un-hooked up appliances, fixed the TV setup, etc. Quickly. Smiling faces, proper, believable apologies, and all.
Bed was great
The repairs going on
This is an up and coming hotel that has been well invested into! We were a bit skeptical by the price and the exterior as we pulled up. The pleasant surprise was when we opened the room door. Besides the space being compact, everything was updated and the room was freshly floored and painted. We weren’t able to cast from our devices on the television, but I’m sure they will have this figured out soon. We didn’t stay long enough to explore the location, as we were taking a Route 66 road trip across the country. The staff was awesome! If you are looking for perfection, this isn’t it, yet, but with more time, they will have it finished! Oh the cookies and breakfast were an added bonus!!
