Merveilleux séjour
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique et même si la majorité parle anglais il y a moyen de se faire comprendre. Il est impossible de ne pas être aux anges entre les différents restaurants et le personnel qui est toujours présent pour qu'on ne manque de rien. Chambre très spacieuse.

Cons:

Il manque juste un peu d' animation l' apm.

Super obsługa, czystość, serwis i drinki na dobrym poziomie

Cons:

Niema żadnej różnicy w jedzeniu pomiędzy 3☆ a5☆,trochę za mały wybór na obiad i kolację, bardzo dobra włoska restauracja natomiast w azjatyckiej podana godzina nie zgadzała się z rzeczywistą i Pan z niezbyt dobrą znajomością angielskiego oświadczył że dla niego zmiana też była niespodzianką i oświadczył że można wrócić na następny dzień (niestety to był nasz dzień wyjazdu).Szkoda

Highly recommended. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

A great all-inclusive hotel with plenty of food and drink options, all of a high quality. Its excellent coastal location makes it ideal for evening walks along the promenade. The outdoor and indoor pools are great facilities, with some daytime entertainment for the whole family.

Cons:

The only downsides were the slightly dated gym and spa areas where the water could have been warmer.

Alles perfekt.
Pros:

Alles perfekt. Das Essen ist super. Es war so lecker und total abwechslungsreich. Viele gesunde Alternativen. Hochwertiges Fleisch / Meeresfrüchte.
Es waren wirklich alle Getränke im All inclusive dabei. Personal super freundlich. Lage Top.

Great food, lovely stay!
Pros:

Great hotel, rooms were spacious and we had a balcony, had everything you need! Lots of choice at the buffet, highly recommend the Madeira themed restaurant!

Cons:

We went at the start of September and it was quiet, I can imagine it’s quite busy during high season!

Pobyt w sierpniu w tym hotelu dla mojej 5-osobowej rodziny był bardzo udany. Pyszne jedzenie, duży wybór dań, napoje alkoholowe były jakościowe. Główna restauracja the best, chociaż przy basenie też była bardzo dobra, szczególnie dla dzieci - pizza, lody, napoje dostępne od 10.00 do późnej nocy.
Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne, w łazience suszarka, szampon, mydło w płynie, szlafroki, kapcie, ręczniki.

Cons:

Terytorium hotelu nie jest duże, basen też za mały jak na taką ilość gości, szczególnie w sezonie. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, ale z wymianą ręczników i pościeli to był jakiś problem. Chociaż na ogół nie zepsuło nam to nastroju... Ogólnie polecam

Highly recommended
Pros:

Excellent hotel. Very clean, fully wheelchair accessible, good location and finished to a high standard. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I booked 4 rooms in total, but unfortunately, the mattresses in 2 of the rooms were not good and were quite uncomfortable.

Relaxing and very enjoyable, amazing food and drink. Great pool, an overall lovely little getaway...
Pros:

We absolutely loved all the meals and options available. The fact that the indoor pool was heated so our son could play as well as not be in the direct sun. We really like the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff. We love the steam room and sauna as a little escape too. Our son (5) loved kids club.

Cons:

We wished that there was a lifeguard to help keep an eye on all the kids in the water. We also noted that the Jacuzzis were cold so we didn't particularly enjoy that. The gym could also do with a treadmill, and maybe another bike as the one that was there was very rusty and squeaky. We missed some of the entertainment from the team we had experienced a couple years ago.
