Great and comfortable for the days we stayed

Great location, decor great, good choice of food, staff very helpful

Cons:

The pool and jacuzzi facilities, men and women cannot mix, what century you guys living in, hotel needs to look at its policy on allowing mixed sex to use pool and jacuzzi at same time

We have an amazing time here and the staff really look after their guest.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. The Hotel has great all round facilities with a helpful coffee shop. The staff cannot do enough for you.
The food was of a very high quality and they cater for most dietary requirements

Cons:

A few more USB sockets would have been helpful I. The lounge areas and bedrooms.

The bathroom hygiene with bath towels was DISGUSTING. - THE HOTEL KEPT USED AND SOILED TOWELS.....VERY VERY - IN ACTUAL TERMS WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK HAVE MADE HUE AND CRY AT THE HOTEL.
