Hotel jako takový je luxusní, umístěný na velmi klidném místě. Ideální pro odpočinek.
Umístění pokoje nad kuchyní znamená velký hluk ze vzduchotechniky bezprostředně před oknem pokoje. Nedokonalý úklid koupelny-pavučiny na světlech

Just outside of St Andrews, it was relaxing and lovely.
Beautiful grounds and good location
Instead of the room we had booked which we had received confirmation for, we were put in a shepherds hut
The garden is exceptional, the room generous in size & the staff couldn’t be more helpful or pleasant
It’s slightly further away from the centre of St Andrew’s than we thought however the peace & tranquility made up for it

Great ambience we visited for a wedding and the staff did a great job in making a wonderful day ,just wish I had more cash on me to leave as a tip.staff were all very personable and professional .

Low service for a 4* hotel. Seems to be understaffed and some of the employees are not very motivated.
The room was as described - however, I think it’s worthy to mention that the kitchen exhaust is located directly outside the window. (We stayed at the east wing)

The park next to hotel is so beautiful and refreshing. Good breakfast and service at café is superb.
The mattress seem old, sinking. Wasn't comfortable at all. Our request for additional bed rejected due to "safety" reason !
