Coffee at breakfast wasn't good at all. Surprised that the butter and jam provided weren't local (minor point)

The location. Beautiful gardens. Very quiet. Friendly staff.

Cons:

They don’t clean the rooms. Had to ask twice before they vacuumed the room and cleaned the bath tub. Toilets in the reception area where not cleaned (at least for two days!!!). Bathroom was old and rusty in many areas.

Un très bel établissement, attention à la localisation de la chambre
Pros:

Les chambres spacieuses et le jardin magnifique; la qualité des équipements notamment dans la salle de bain.

Cons:

La localisation de la chambre au 2ème étage sans ascenseur n'est pas pratique, cela peut faire labyrinthe pour y accéder. Le personnel propose son aide pour porter les bagages.
Pas de chaines de télévision en français, pour un 4 étoiles ce n'est pas conforme (les chaines satellites ne sont pas accessibles)

Hôtel très agréable, personnel professionnel et disponible.
Pros:

Très belle bâtisse et magnifique jardin. Petits déjeuners très copieux, dîners délicieux, hôtel cosy et chaleureux. Idéalement situé quand on veut éviter la ville.
