Novotel Seville - Bad Experience
Pros:

I am Accor an enthusiast and a Gold member so I do use Accor properties quite often. So I chose Novotel Sevilla this time for a family holiday. I didn't had a good experience especially from the staff amd people behaviour point of view. I was there for 2 days. On the 2nd day when I was going to my room through elevator, the elevator got stuck with a bang. I was stuck for more than 30 minutes with no Fan in the elevator. It was damn suffocating and scary too. The hotel ppl did call for an engineer who opened the door and let me get out of the elevator but there was no sorry or apology or even any feeling on any staff face. They were too casual about it. Then the AC of my room malfunctioned at abt 11 PM at night. Being an Accor property I do expect full fledged maintenance people 24 had but again they were like they cannot do anything abt it. They did offer me change of room but at that hour that wasn't possible as my kids were sleeping in the room next door and I could not change as it was not possible to let the kids know of this. So overall bad experience !!!

Nice Hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel located next to Seville Football Ground, close to the tram and metro. The tram stops right outside the cathedral and takes about 10 mins.

Me gustó su ubicación y el personal. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Lo único negativo por decirlo así, fue el desayuno, el sitio era un poco pequeño para twnta gente y no reponían la comida llegando temprano. Todo lo demás, lo recomendaría.

Pros:

The breakfast (quality of service and food) was good. The room was quiet, clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

Parking was too expensive.
The hotel provided a small bottle of drinking water (for two people and three nights). When we complained, they said this was standard practice, but they gave us an extra bottle as a gesture of goodwill. The service at the rooftop bar was really poor. The staff there showed no interest in serving us.
