Big bathroom, big bed, coffee machine, mini bar drinks, lots of water

Cons:

I didn't like the pillows. One was too hard and another too soft. I woke up with sore head and neck

Good for families who want to be close to Bukit Bintang.
Pros:

Central ovation in Bukit Bintang. Apartments are well furnished, with everything you need for your stay.

Cons:

Not easy to find. Have stayed at the Pullman a few years ago and it seemed much easy to access the hotel from The Pavillion Mall across the road. Access now is via the next door hotel and is not so straightforward.

Pros:

There is absolutely no mistake in booking Pullman. I am an Avid goer to Pullman esp in KL!

Great base for KLCC
Pros:

Great locatiion in KLCC, and big thansk to Haziel a the Pool Deck, and Jimmy & Jaidae and gthe breakfast crew who looked after us so well, was very much appreciated

Hotel spełnił nasze oczekiwania pod każdym względem.
Pros:

Hotel w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Ogromnym atutem jest bardzo dobra lokalizacja, która sprawia, że wszystko jest na wyciągnięcie ręki. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje jedzenie – niezwykle smaczne, świeże i bardzo różnorodne, dzięki czemu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel ma genialny klimat, który tworzy wyjątkową atmosferę podczas pobytu. Dodatkowo obsługa była bardzo miła, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta, co sprawiło, że czuliśmy się naprawdę komfortowo. Zdecydowanie miejsce warte polecenia!

Stay was good, room is clean & comfortable. Breakfast needs to be better for value.
Pros:

clean room, location is a big plus and easy to get around

Cons:

Breakfast selection is little and the food is not warm except for cooked station. Flies were flying around the salad & raw vegetables area. Open food areas as well.
