Pool was lovely, rooms were spacious, value for money, good location directly across from Pavillion mall
Our one bedroom apartment smelt like cigarettes the whole time. Wasn’t a pleasant experience especially while travelling with a baby. We had a window open the whole time to reduce the smell.
Great location, staff very attentive and helpful, amenities in the hotel (pool, bars, etc).
For a 5* hotel, the sound isolation between the rooms is terrible. I could hear any conversation from the neighbouring room…this is not acceptable for such hotel. Cleaning staff left my room service for 2 days in the room. Breakfast is good but in a huge area. It makes it difficult to have an overview of what it provided

Great Staff, Great Location for those who love shopping, good breakfast, spacious suite and very fast internet speeds.
Very old furniture, old and consumed toilet accessories, blocked drainage is some toilets, insects in the kitchen, bed is over used and bent, pillows are terrible.
the hotel needs a full renovation as it is highly used by tourists due to it's great location.
The guy Harris at the breakfast on ground floor was incredibly helpful. The bell boy was very cooperative and the house keeping guy cannot recall his name from Nepal was very cooperative

The rooms smell of cigarettes and the hall way smells of ammonia. The shower is moldy. The bed was like concrete and the room was not cleaned every day even though it was meant to be.
We are so grateful that the staff remembered I messaged them that we are there to early celebrate my sister's birthday. Even though it's not there in the room when we came but they sent it later, which was super thoughtful and nice. Room is spacious and the bathroom are well-equipped and have nice bath.
There was a weird smell in the room, like it's coming from the carpet. But because we knew it's super busy weekend and rooms were likely full, we dont make a fuss about it. Checking in process were long and very slow, took around 40minutes overall. (From 3pm to 3.40pm) which was unfair for us as we still need to checkout at 12pm the next day. The breakfast spread was nice but the foods' taste really need to be improved as most of it are very bland. It's quite hard to go to Pavi. Maybe hotel can partnered with Banyan Tree to allow their tenant to also use same bridge. We did enjoyed our stay there. Hope my deposit will be refunded back to my CC as it's taking quite long too.
