Cons:

Camera molto calda, condizionatore non funzionante. L’hotel è fatiscente con mobili datati. File interminabili per colazione, pranzo e cena.

La comida estaba rica, el servicio de los chicos era muy bueno en la alberca siempre estuvo limpia y las instalaciones

No servía el aire acondicionado
Creo que sí tienen que darle mantenimiento a los Aires acondicionados en recepción no hay aire acondicionado ni ventiladores a la entrada del comedor no hay ventiladores y el domingo 7 de junio nos hicieron esperar prácticamente una hora antes de poder entrar a desayunar.
Que porque había llegado un grupo muy grande pero si fuera así hubieran avisado a los demás comensales para que tomaran sus precauciones si no tienen la capacidad de recibir tantas personas.

Pros:

Pretty little resort on a busy street, close to everything you may need. The grounds are beautiful and there’s a huge friendly iguana who roams freely who loves to pose for photos.
Food is decent, drinks are yummy. What makes this resort amazing is the staff. Thank you for the wonderful service and perfect vacation!

La atención del personal es excelente, todas las áreas muy limpias y un ambiente muy agradable, me sorprendió la amabilidad y rapidez de atención de los meseros... gracias por sus atenciones.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es poco espacio, por poco no encuentro lugar y falta más señalamientos para saber por donde ingresar una vez que dejas el carro.

Es un buen ambiente propicio lara descansar.

Cons:

Es un hotel viejo que requiere mantenimiento constante, de 3 habitaciones que usamos, tuvieron que ir a darle mantenimiento al aire acondicionado porque no enfriaba en 2 de ellas.

El aire acondicionado no funciona correctamente, las pantallas son muy pequeñasy sin variedad de canales y los colores casi blanco y negro , no hay variedad de snaks, los dos dias no hubo salsa picante en los snaks

The gardens and pool area are lovely! So charming. The food at the buffet was good. The spa was wonderful!

Es muy bonito la hacienda tiene muchos jardines y en general plantas eso lo hace hermoso ☺️
