Distance into town, had to use an Uber a couple of times. Thought we were a bit closer,my fault really.

Nenhuma explicação do hotel e do Pequeno-Almoco; nem sequer perguntou se queremos o tomar dado o facto que não estava incluído.

Assim que entramos o mesmo estava de cotovelos apoiados no balcão a falar com a colega .. acho péssimo atendimento (as estrelas não limitam a qualidade de um serviço) mas sim a quantia de serviços.

Sugiro de por duas toalhas a mais para o rosto; não posso me secar a cara com uma toalha molhada usada depois do duche!

O Sr Philipe da receção disse que é o standard, em default depois se o cliente pede mais eles dão .. a quantia que quero, 1,10,100!

Mah! 🤷 parece me uma coisa pouco lógica .. fazer sair o cliente da o quarto para ir até a reception, e pedir o que normalmente deveria estar no quarto em default!

Pouca pressão da água seja a tarde seja a noite seja o dia seguinte as 06:30 de manhã

Quarto merecia melhor decoração,...muito simples e nem tinha candeeiro de cama a acender só do teto....paguei 170 por 2 noites, 85 por noite sem pequeno almoço...podia ter uma decoração mais agradável....
