Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Many guests repeatedly praised the hotel as clean and well kept, but there are recurring isolated reports of poor cleaning (stained duvet, areas in bathroom not swept) so overall cleanliness is good but not perfect.
Service
9.2
Service is consistently highlighted as a strong point: staff described as very friendly, helpful and attentive across multiple reviews, often resolving issues promptly.
Location
8
Location is fine with good parking availability noted, but several guests comment it is somewhat far from the town centre, so location is convenient for drivers but a little remote for sightseeing on foot.
Room Quality
7.6
Rooms are generally comfortable with good beds and modern bathrooms for many guests, but there are several complaints: small/slippery showers, sliding mattress toppers, AC or window issues and occasional noise—resulting in a mixed score.
Amenities
7.4
Amenities are basic and modern (new-style showers, parking garage), but some practical shortcomings were repeatedly noted: paid private parking, limited towels, no fridge or bidet in some rooms and inconsistent AC performance.
Value for Money
9.1
Multiple reviewers emphasise very good value and attractive pricing; many call it 'cheap' or 'great price' for what is offered, making value a clear strength.
Food and Beverage
7.2
Breakfast opinions are mixed: a few guests praised it, but several reviews describe the breakfast as limited in variety and quantity, so F&B is acceptable but modest.
Overall Experience
9.5
Overall guest experience is strongly positive for most reviewers: friendly staff, cleanliness and good value lead to many 'very good' or 'fantastic' impressions, despite some recurring operational issues reported by a minority.

Cheap, cheerful, clean, convenient.
Pros:

Breakfast is decent. Sometimes a little short/slow to be replenished.
Location was fine for us on our motorbike tour.
Underground secure parking, one of the key reasons we choose this hotel (4th time staying here).
Snacks available 24hrs.

Cons:

A proper bar, or a wider choice of drinks from 'reception', would be nice.
The steepness of the ramp to the underground parking is NOT for the fainthearted or inexperienced! The scars on the walls are testament to this.

Agradável e staff atencioso
Pros:

Espaço e funcionalidade.
Atendimento.
Imagen da IBIS.

Cons:

Most definitely won’t be booking Ibis hotels again. Not suitable for our needs
Pros:

The location and the garage

Cons:

The bed was most uncomfortable plus there was only one plastic chair to sit on and there was two of us.
