10/15mins walk to Courtney place. Restaurants, café and dairy in walking distance

Cons:

The parking setup is ridiculous and very small. Also you need to take accountability if any damage was to happen to my vehicle as I've paid to park it in your establishment.

The night duty manager needs to be more attentive to guests

Had comfy beds lady at front desk was friendly

Cons:

When arrived floor smelt cannabis and room had strange smell. Looked nothing like the photos could have stayed and way nicer place for same price. Parking was a nightmare have a small car and struggled getting in and out due to shape and size of space

tiny bathroom (so small the wc was squeezed uncomfortably into an inadequate corner)
shower toiletries were all empty (shampoo, conditioner, body wash)
had some trouble connecting iPhone to internet (laptop was okay)

Nice stay but rooms are tired
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location near the CBD, shops restaurants and cafes. Also close to the main bus stop which is important in Wellington

Cons:

The place had plenty of space but was a little tired. It had no air conditioner so was it was lucky when we were there the weather was mild. The worst of it was the apartment had inner steps making it harder for older people to negotiate especially at night.
