The staff was exceptional. Answered all my questions, booked fabulous excursions for me. They made my stay s delight!
Breakfast was dub-standard
I would stay here again. It was perfectly located. A short walk to bus stop #6 where all the tours and airport bus stops. The rooms have black out curtains and I slept very well. My room faced the back courtyard and not the main street so it was quiet at night. My only complaint, like many others have mentioned, the lack of partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. It's just a short curtain so the floor around the toilet would get very wet. Other than that, I had no concerns with this hotel.

Cons: I was on the 5th floor and found it to be outdated showing much wear & tear, shower should have an enclosure or a longer contain as the floor gets very wet (I used towels on the floor to help), only three small steps outside to enter hotel,; no ramp, early noise each morning around 7 am from possible housekeeping
Location was great for walking around, restaurants surrounded the hotel. I stayed in a room with a double bed and had a
fantastic view of the bay and mountains. It was great.
Could have had some colors on the walls and local art.

The hotel is located very centrally, close to a cinema and many cafes and restaurants. The atmosphere was very lovely. I was offered a wonderul room at 5th floor and I had a view of the ocean and the mountains. The price was reasonable. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was absolutely great. The street can get loud on days like Friday and Saturday, but then using earplugs help a lot. Nothing to complain. A wonderful stay!
Excellent hotel, excellent location, extremely friendly receptionists, helped us book a bus ticket to the airport, gave good advices. I recommend!

Incredible location, very clean and amazing shower and the 24hr front desk is perfect so if you get lucky with the northern lights you could head out late at night and come back fine
The included breakfast is good for saving some money, but it’s nothing to write home about
The location and service were amazing. The front desk agent Farooq was extremely helpful and kind. He provided us with a lot of helpful information about the city and Iceland. The rooms are a bit dated, but we didn’t spent much time at all there except to sleep so it was perfectly adequate.

Hotel is small very clean and perfectly positioned to see the city...breakfast was nice simple food and always plenty...room was cleaned daily and to a good standard...but the reception staff are the standout item ...friendly always smiling and will bend over backwards to help...great knowledge of the city ...dinning...trips and places of interest...well done and thankyou.
