Clean, convenient, comfortable

Close to downtown
It was 104 and ac went out in the middle of the night on our last night had to check out at 400 in the morning I'm disabled it's hard for me to pack and lift things wasn't going to pack up and move rooms un pack and repack 5 hours later so just went home they weren't very accommodating about seeing if they could fix it at all first day put our food in the fridge and it went out had to throw everything away and repurchase what we lost they did bring a new fridge as soon as we called but was to late for what we had bought

Close location to the trauma center and breakfast, (much better than La Quinta.
A little deferred maintenance
Great location for sequoia Shuttle, stops just outside. You can have breakfast (starts 5am) and still make the earliest shuttle. I was also allowed to check in an hour early which was appreciated.
Nothing, a little bit of boisterous post- pub noise outside overnight but it was a Saturday and the location is right in downtown.
Nice hotel fot short stay before visiting National park with very good breakfast served from 5 a.m. so you can better plan your park visit

There is only one elevator that is shared with housekeeping and is very old and slow.
Easy to go to places nice breakfast
Windows were dirty couldn't enjoy view painting on walls was very sloppy had broken cabinets couldn't call down to front desk from the room had to use cell or go down to it parking was a parking garage and the area after dark was not safe and there was no maid service we had to go ask for towels and take out the trash
Located in the center or Visalia, very close to shop and restaurants. Room was clean. Free covered parking.
Poor services: dryer out of order, no microwave in the breakfast room (we asked to warm up some milk for our child and the breakfast attendant refused. Unacceptable).
