Lovely staff, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast disappointing.
Pros:

The location was excellent - a short walk from shops, bars, parks and the old town. The swimming pool, gym and pool were very good.

Cons:

The breakfast choices were limited and pretty basic. The breakfast room was very cramped - way too small for the number of people in the hotel.

Pros:

Great location, close to everything with a metro subway station within one city block. Large well equipped room with kitchen. Clean and comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

We had a room beside ongoing construction. Would have preferred a room on the other side.

Excellent stay little bit ruined by one staff member
Pros:

Large room, superb location, good front office and concierge staff, good hotel.

Cons:

They only had blackened bananas on display at breakfast. I asked Steve if he could get me a yellow less ripe banana from inside, but he refused saying "we have to get rid of those ones first". I'm not paying $800 for a 2-night stay only to be told by some staff member i cant have fresher bananas for breakfast!!! Apart from that experience, I had an excellent stay here.

Cozy comfortable stay for our family
Pros:

Very spacious comfortable suite room with fully equipped kitchen and comfortable shower. Convenient location in walking distance to local attractions. Nice abundant breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Un bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

C'est mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et le séjour s'est déroulé sans mauvaise surprise. Hôtel agréable à un prix raisonnable. Il est certes un peu désuet mais on y est bien et les prestations sont correctes. Les lits étaient très bien et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Toujours un peu agité au moment du petit déjeuner mais on y arrive très bien. Avantage non négligeable il y a une cuisine dans les chambres ce qui devient un atout dans une ville ou le prix des restaurants atteints des prix délirants sans rapport avec la qualité des produits ou du service et où comme aux USA la question du pourboire devient un racket !

Cons:

Un peu vintage mais cela fait son charme !
