It was a comfortable, value for money stay. Not central but not too far from the city centre either
Pros:

It had a jacuzzi bath and nice big bath sheets. Was nicely decorated and huge comfortable bed.

Cons:

My partner said that the hot water took ages to come through but I didn’t experience that and we did have a power cut in the morning which was a bit inconvenient because I couldn’t do my hair or use the phone to call reception.

Sehr gutes Stadthotel in toller Lage…
Pros:

ottimo
Pros:

camera spaziosa e letto grande e comodo. parcheggio nel parco dell'hotel. cane bene accetto.

Cons:

posizione appena fuori dal centro pedonale di Canterbury. l'ingresso al parco dell'hotel e quindi all'hotel non è ben segnalato sulla strada e uno striscione col nome dell'hotel era coperto da vegetazione

Mediocre and over priced.
Pros:

-The room had been updated and was pleasant
- staff member at check in was helpful and friendly
- bath was a lovely size

Cons:

-Air conditioning didn’t work.
-Blinds didn’t go all the way down and so the room was very bright and meant we were awake early.
-Shower smelt drainy
-No luxury amenities despite the fact we were in an upgraded room.
-We were charged an additional early check in fee on departure despite no one mentioning this would be the case despite speaking and emailing numerous people to request this.
-hotel under renovation and areas which hadn’t been updated are run down.
- no water in the room and then when getting ready to leave noticed a small note which said you could call reception for water—- why not just put in the room!
- sofa had a stain on it.
- felt really quite basic, not worth the money and would not stay there again.

Good place
Pros:

Beautiful historic building. The room was large and clean (thanks James) with a very comfortable bed.
Free parking.

Cons:

Unfortunately, there's no air conditioning, but the room did have a fan. We stayed on an extremely hot day and at night, with the window open and the fan on, we were comfortable.
