Pros:

A szálloda hangulata, elhelyezkedése, kedves és türelmes személyzet. Kiváló és elégséges reggeli, jó parkolási lehetőség és könnyen elérhető nevezetességek.

Cons:

Nagyon jó minőségű törölközők, de csak egyet lehetett kiteríteni száradni, a többinek nem volt helye!

I have always loved this hotel but this time I was very disappointed.
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was very nice but the fruit juice was watery and the coffees not really coffee it was so watery

Cons:

There were no glasses for teeth cleaning
Only 1 sachet of tea each
The bed was lovely, the room was a good size

Great location, fantastic warm, welcoming staff.
Pros:

This hotel had the friendliest staff I've come across in a while. They were all so cheery and nice. The hotel is very dog friendly. There were little extras on check in, like a guide to dog friendly places in Canterbury etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The staff are as asset to this place, they are the real stars of the show.

Pleasant hotel, would return
Pros:

Good quality rooms, big bathrooms. Staff were very accomodating for a meeting at an odd time.

Cons:

A car alarm throughout the night affected the experience of the stay. Not hotel's fault.

Buona posizione, subito fuori il centro storico di Canterbury che si raggiunge in circa 15 minuti a piedi in una strada centrale. Bella la camera cozy rinnovata, ma gli ambienti comuni risultato datati e poco curati (ascensore non funzionante, odore di cibo per le scale e sala colazione datata).

Cons:

Ambienti comuni datati, solo una parte ha subito un restauro che l'ha resa moderna, il resto, scale, corridoio e sala colazione, sono "vetusti" e poco curati. Colazione discreta, poca varietà di dolci, ma ben fornita con opzioni anche vegetariane e per intolleranti al lattosio.

Gemütliches Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir haben bereits erneut gebucht.
Pros:

Das Hotel wurde in den letzten Jahren renoviert. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind sehr ansprechend geworden. Die Bar wurde neu gestaltet und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde wohl weiter renoviert. Es gab für uns keine Störungen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Service orientiert.
In der Bar wurde Dinner angeboten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut und es hat gut geschmeckt.

Cons:

Uns hat nichts gestört.

Ok für eine Nacht aufgrund Lage!

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig, nettes Personal, Parkplatz vor der Tür

Cons:

Sehr heruntergekommen, Flecken auf Teppichen und an Betten, Spinnweben am Fenster, inklusive Riesen Spinne im Zimmer. Im Bad kommt schon der Kitt aus den Fugen - das Hotel hat seine Beste Zeit hinter sich!
