Upscale and comfortable in a great part of town
Pros:

Staff went above and beyond to ensure a quality stay. Literally walked me to the subway station to help me get where I needed to go. Lovely hotel in a great part of town. Hospitality to the max.

Cons:

As a heads up, taxis will need to drop off / pick up two blocks away. Cobblestones to get to the hotel. All good, just an FYI.

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Galata’s Hotel war insgesamt sehr schön. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Egal welche Fragen wir hatten oder wohin wir wollten – man hat uns immer genau erklärt, wie wir unser Ziel am besten erreichen. Man hat sich als Gast wirklich willkommen gefühlt.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestellen, sodass man ganz Istanbul problemlos erkunden kann. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Galataturm, Galataport und Eminönü sind sogar bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Außerdem gibt es in der Umgebung zahlreiche Restaurants – von traditioneller türkischer Küche bis hin zu Fast Food ist alles vorhanden.

Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und lecker. Es gab eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack etwas. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, wir bekamen jeden Tag zwei Flaschen Wasser und Tee sowie Kaffee wurden ebenfalls täglich aufgefüllt.

Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Spa-Bereich. Nach einem heißen Tag in Istanbul war der Pool mit seinem kalten Wasser die perfekte Erfrischung. Die Sauna war ebenfalls hervorragend zum Entspannen. Sehr positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass im Poolbereich auch modest Swimwear (z. B. Burkini) erlaubt war, sodass sich jeder wohlfühlen konnte.

Cons:

Einen wirklichen Kritikpunkt haben wir nicht. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut und das Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Der einzige kleine Nachteil war, dass die Zimmer etwas hellhörig sind. Geräusche vom Flur oder aus den Nachbarzimmern konnte man teilweise hören. Von draußen war es hingegen angenehm ruhig. Mit Ohrstöpseln, die wir in einer Drogerie gekauft hatten, war das für uns überhaupt kein Problem.

This was my third stay at Galata’s Hotel, and once again everything was excellent. I have now spent a total of 22 nights here, and the hotel has consistently delivered outstanding service. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Galata Tower, restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I truly felt at home during my stay and will definitely return again.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Pros:

Funcionários super solicitos, quarto super limpo, café da manhã variado, localização excelente. Gostamos que tinha chá no quarto e podíamos pegar garrafas de água à vontade. A piscina e a sauna são muito gostosas.

매일 매일 청소해주고 청결한 곳이에요 호텔 위치가 어디든 갈수있는 접근성이 아주 뛰어난 곳에 있고 주변에 래스토랑 카ㅡ페도 많아요 갈라타탑 가까이 있고 항구와도 가까워요 무엇보다 직원들이 너무 너무 친절합니다 8일 내내 도와주고 챙겨주고해서 편안하게 잘 있었어요 아ㅡ 그곳에 프린세스라는 고양이가 있는데 너무 귀엽고 앙증맞고 이뻐요 ^^

Excellent hotel with an unbeatable location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and fantastic value for money.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. The hotel is within walking distance of Galata Tower, Şişhane Metro Station, Istiklal Street, excellent restaurants, cafés and many of Istanbul’s main attractions. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Considering the price, the hotel offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing significant to complain about. The hotel met my expectations, and I had a very enjoyable stay.
