Pros:

Posizione eccellente per visitare Firenze arrivando dalla stazione S.M.N.; si tratta di un palazzo storico molto bello in cui si viene coccolati dallo staff sin dall'arrivo; presente comodo ascensore per raggiungere le stanze. Molto apprezzata la colazione, ricca e di qualità, servita in un bel giardino.

I would highly recommend the Hotel, its a real gem,
Pros:

From the day of our arrival at the Hotel we were greeted very friendly, everything is perfect the room, the service and the breakfast is outstanding, excellent staff the breakfast patio is so romantic with an orange tree in the middle,

Wonderful and friendly staff in a great location with a spacious room!
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful! We needed to change a date, and they accommodated it with no problem, they helped me find a suitcase when I needed to buy one, and they stored our luggage during out last tour. All of this is standard and to be expected for the most part, but they seemed genuinely happy to help in any way possible. We had a wonderful time!

Cons:

The elevator was really small, but it worked just fine. I get a tiny bit stressed in small spaces, and it was small. The stairwell was a bit steep, too, but it's a PALACE, so of course they would need to squeeze in modern conveniences.

Lovely hotel with great location, caring staff and nice room, I would recommend it
Pros:

Lovely hotel, great staff, good breakfast, interesting interiors, I was very happy to get a book as a present from the owner, it is a very nice gesture.

Cons:

Needs some repairs like the door handle in my bathroom door was almost coming off, same at the toilet downstairs

The staff is amazing. They were extremely kind and helpful. I felt very comfortable in their hotel. The room was beautiful and the location was perfect! Outstanding hotel that I would recommend to anyone.

Disappointed but breakfast and staff were great
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area is beautiful
Staff was friendly and tried their best to solve the problems

Cons:

Hardest mattress I have ever slept on, air conditioner didn’t work well, first two day the WiFi wasn’t working
There were some sort of bugs in the room and mosquitoes
There wasn’t any water pressure on the shower
