Equipe muito simpática, que nos ajudou muito com logística, orientações etc. O hotel tem uma história bonita, que pudemos apreciar no livro que nos foi presenteado. O quarto é bastante amplo.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and the staff were so helpful and kind. I had a wonderful 3 days in Florence! They have a beautiful courtyard to relax on and the rooms are huge for a downtown location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, beautifully designed, and the location was perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Would definitely come back again!

Sympathisches, historisches, angenehmes Hotel

The location is very convenient, almost right next to the train station and walkable to almost all tourist spots in the downtown area. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was a tad small but antique so understandable.

Our stay at Palazzo Dal Borgo was truly wonderful. A very special thank you to Verdiana and Juri for their kindness, warmth, and attention throughout our stay. Verdiana made everything even more special by always trying to speak Portuguese with us whenever possible, and for the thoughtful welcome message and book in our language — such a beautiful and caring touch that made us feel at home.

Everything was perfect: the location, the breakfast, the atmosphere, and the accommodation itself. The palace is historic and full of character — naturally older, but that is exactly what gives it so much charm and makes you feel transported back in time.

Thank you for making our experience in Florence so memorable. We would happily stay again!

Exceptional service, location and the best buffet breakfast we have ever had. Absolutely stunning palace and don't miss the free tour to learn more abour its history. Must try the restaurant next door as well with wine window. Highly recommend for your stay in Florence 💕🥂

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Palazzo dal Borgo. The location was absolutely perfect — within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient.

The true highlight of our stay was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and they really made our experience special. Their hospitality stood out and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our visit.

Breakfast was also excellent, with a huge selection of delicious options each morning. We especially enjoyed having breakfast outside, which was such a lovely way to start the day.

The room itself was good and very clean. While everything was well maintained, I do wish the bed and pillows had been a bit more comfortable. Overall though, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

The staff was exceptional! I was traveling alone, celebrating my 70th birthday. Joyce ensured that I had a lovely, quiet, beautiful room overlooking the breakfast courtyard, and left me a lovely birthday/welcome message. The front desk team was welcoming and so helpful with visitor info, recommendations for restaurants and wonderful walks; even provided a fun tour of the palazzo and its history and ensured that I had a taxi to the airport for my early flight, with a takeout breakfast for my journey! The housekeeping staff and kitchen team were friendly and helpful. Location so convenient, to train station and beautiful church/square, lovely local eateries, a brief walk to all Florence sights. Delightful!

Friendly staff, fantastic location, very convenient for all we wanted to see and do. Hotel has a lot of charm and character. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and a great selection for breakfast.
