Foi uma estadia agradável e em um local com séculos de história.
Pros:

Amei o cuidado do proprietário ao deixar no quarto um livro como presente e com um cartão escrito em português.
Além do hotel ter mannter afrescos originais da época renascentista, existe um pátio interno lindo no local, com um pé de laranjeira onde tomávamos o café da manhã, que por sinal é muito bom.
A localização é ótima, fizemos tudo a pé.

Cons:

O quarto onde fiquei não era exatamente como esperava quanto a decoração e tamanho, mas nada que implicasse na estadia.
Ficamos hospedadas na época do verão e o ar condicionado não refrigerava o suficiente.

Pros:

Breakfast was comprehensive and included, the courtyard was an excellent location. The room was a good size, the bed comfortable, bathroom was a good size with a decent shower

Cons:

the AC was a little noisy, and the lift is tiny (not a criticism- just an observation)

Nice breakfast was included. Good location, large room and modern bathroom. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

A/C did not work at all. We had it turned to 18 degrees C max fan and it spit hot air all night, it was easily 31 degrees C in our room the entire night and we got virtually no sleep. When we called down the guy on duty brought in a fan, which just moved around the hot air and we got ~2-4 hours of sleep each. At more than $300 USD for the night, and A/C advertised, I don't find this acceptable.

Pros:

Close to train station, activities and restaurants. Staff was helpful, the breakfasts here are absolutely FABULOUS. And the little courtyard with the lemon trees was just amazing..

Cons:

Room was a bit small, but they made good use of the space. The room got really hot; a fan would have helped. We tried opening windows but the street noise kept us up.

great location, staff very friendly, breakfast location is dreamy, and breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

when we booked it said "parking on site" but was managed by an external service - the pricing was unclear, we were told 30 when handed over the keys, and then charged 35 when collecting the car - ideally price grading for car size is better explained so no surprises. I also found this very expensive considering we only parked the car from 8pm until 10am the next day.

The perfect hotel in Florence
Pros:

This hotel was perfectly situated in Florence for us close to the main attractions and sights and only a 5-10 minute walk to the train station. The hotel was pristine with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, our triple room was situated on the back of the hotel which was very quiet and overlooking the santa maria novella church
Hotel staff were friendly, polite and attentive 24:7
We were spoilt for choice with the huge selection of breakfast each morning to set us up for the day.
Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt für die Stadt Florenz

Die Lage war top - nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zum Dom. Das Angebot, die Kooperation mit einer Garage für unser Auto zu nutzen, war perfekt. Es hat alles funktioniert, ohne Probleme. Das Personal war toll und sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen sogar noch eine kleine Flasche Wasser für die Weiterreise als Geschenk - voll nett! Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich, alles, was das Herz begehrt, wurde bereitgestellt - und fantastischer Kaffee wurde serviert! Einfach perfekt!

La ubicación, exactamente a 4 minutos de la estación de tren y a 3 minutos de la catedral de Florencia. Los cuartos son amplios, luminosos y aireados. Baño muy cómodo y moderno. La cama era amplísima y el desayuno completo y muy rico
