Great location. Fulfils basic holiday needs. Overdue a refresh
Pros:

Location great to explore Montmartre.
Speed of check in/ out.
Room size.
Breakfast choice wasn’t extensive but was fresh/ good.

Cons:

Lift reliability. Of the two lifts, one was out of order for the entirety of our 3 night stay and the remaining lift was also out of service for an afternoon/ evening.
Noise transfer from roof terrace stairs above our room (701) annoying.
Room fittings & decor very dated

Fantastic location. Nice clean rooms and great roof terrace.
Pros:

Loved the roof top. We were visiting a relative so great place to meet up. It also had fantastic 360 view of Paris.

Cons:

There was only one lift working so took a long time to get up and down the building especially in the mornings when maintenance were busy. One day the second lift packed up too so we had to use stairs. I am pretty fit but we were on the 8th floor so was a bit annoying.

Pros:

Chambre confortable, salle de bain RAS

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner était moyen, le café bon mais les oeufs brouillés très limités, pas de goût et au niveau fraîcheur pas top.

Nice and clean
Pros:

We loved the Location, very clean, nice soap, Coffee and Water free for Guests at any time. Kids loved the Nutella mashine at breakfast :)

Cons:

Pillows too big, as in any other Hotel.

Cons:

Aby wejść do hotelu czekaliśmy jak ktoś wyjdzie - drzwi zamknięte. Głośnia lodówka w apartamencie - przez zamknięte drzwi ją słychać. Na śniadaniu obsługa nie ogarniała braku mleka w ekspresie do kawy.

Disponer de cocina y la disponibilidad de agua y otras bebidas de forma gratuita en la zona del comedor

Cons:

Sólo funcionaba un ascensor y era muy difícil pillarlo.
Quizás se necesitaría más espacio para poder comer dado que hay cocina

I recommend it for a short stay if you want to be close to Montmartre.
Pros:

The localization was perfect, very close to Moulin Rouge, the personel vas very helpful, coffee was for free, good breakfast, baggage storage.

Cons:

The quality of the rooms, The rooms are clearly in need of renovation. The towel racks was broken, there was no air conditioning, and the fans were in poor condition. The furnishings are clearly showing their age.

Brudno, hotel błaga o remont - ściany są brudne, wykładzina pachnie obrzydliwie. Śniadania wyjątkowo ubogie. Warzywa, choć podstawowe, to konieczność!
