Not the best value for money.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The room itself wasn't that clean. Earlier in the day, we arrived ahead of schedule and requested an early check-in. They couldn't grant it right away but offered to store our luggage, advising us to return around 1:30 to 2:00 PM when the room would be ready. When we returned at 2:00 PM, we dealt with a different receptionist. When we asked if we could head up, she told us check-in was at 3:00 PM. I explained that the previous lady had told us 2:00 PM, but she wouldn't budge, so we had to wait in the lobby for another hour.

Personnel adorable, super emplacement pour sillonner l'est parisien à pied. L'appartement était parfaitement proportionné pour 4 personnes.

Cons:

Nous étions informés de travaux hors we, l'hôtel est en cours de réfection, cependant il y a eu du bruit de travaux le samedi.

De forma geral, a acomodação é boa e bem localizada. As instalações são muito boas, os quartos são muito limpos e bem equipados. O café da manhã também é muito bom. Fica bem perto de uma estação de metrô e de várias outras opções de transporte.

Cons:

A recepcionista me disse que o quarto poderia ficar pronto a qualquer momento a partir da hora prevista para o check-in (se não me engano, às 16h). Mesmo com duas crianças, eu tive que insistir para ter acesso ao quarto no horário previsto na reserva.

Fijn hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Top locatie, vlak bij metrolijn 1. Goed bed en ruime kamer (studio), zeker voor Parijs. Goed uitgerust met keukentje en badkamer met bad.

Cons:

Er waren werkzaamheden in het hotel, dat werd pas vermeld na het boeken. En het was iets gehorig, vooral geluid van buiten. Maar dat hoort erbij in een drukke stad.

週末コスパ良く立地良く泊まれる！
Pros:

リヨン駅やバスティーユ広場周辺のエリアを楽しみたい時に良い立地だと思います♪
電子レンジが日本と使い方が一緒だったので良かった！
週末でこのコスパで泊まれたのは良かった！

Cons:

同じシタディーンのオペラと比べると施設がレトロ（古い？）でした。
タオルもオペラの方は変え放題でしたが？！
説明も無かったので、お部屋のタオル乾燥機？！みたいなので乾かしながら大切に使わないといけなかった。
ドライヤーも弱く、食洗機も壊れてた？！のでキッチン付きにしたけどあまり使用したくなくて外食メインのスケジュールに変更しました。

Schönes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Metro liegt fußläufig keine 5 Minuten entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung befinden sich viele Restaurants und Geschäfte.

La struttura si trova vicina a Gare de Lyon, raggiungibile con circa 10 minuti a piedi oppure utilizzando la metro linea 1 direzione “Defense” (una sola fermata di metro). Nella zona sono presenti ristoranti, supermercati, farmacie, macellerie, fruttivendoli… A pochi minuti a piedi ci sono anche il mercato “Marché d’Aligre”e l’ospedale. Lo staff è stato accogliente e disponibile in maniera immediata, l’appartamento era pulito e non mancava niente. Perfetto come spazio per una famiglia di 4 persone. Nel nostro appartamento erano presenti 2 televisori.

Cons:

Il pensile delle pentole era abbastanza alto, ma nulla di che. ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative di molto.
