One night at this property was more than enough

Large room and updated decor within the room

Cons:

The room did not provide a peaceful and quiet respite due the noise and vibrations from the commuter trains. The air conditioning was marginal so the room was hot. If you opened the window, the noise was even louder from the trains.
The front desk personnel were dismissive in answering general questions and providing assistance with specific questions.
The hallways were in dire need of a good vacuuming.

100 degrees in rooms, bug bites, and no services
Pros:

Rooms has small kitchenettes and there was a shared patio space to enjoy coffee and water from the machine. Good for traveling with my dog. Good location - walkable to Eiffel Tower, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Across from the metro.

Cons:

AC did not work. Told staff and they were indifferent at best and did nothing to solve the situation. Eventually got a fan, our room was showing as 86 degrees - unbearable to sleep in. Opened windows and left covered in bug bites. Counted over 30 on my body - spider, mosquito, bed bugs? All the above probably. No room service for a week stay in a hotel.
