Toller Aufenthalt in New Orleans
Pros:

Besonders hat uns die sehr sehr freundliche Unterstützung durch Emily gefallen. Sie ist offenbar die gute Seele des Hotels. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Weg zum French Quarter war fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Nach einem anstrengenden und heißen Tag war eine Abkühlung im Pool einfach nur herrlich. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und hatte auch eine Küchenzeile. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Unbedingt auch das Umland und andere Teile der Stadt anschauen.
Vielen Dank an Emily.

Cons:

Die Pappteller beim Frühstück sind etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.

Beautiful facility and very comfortable The staff was very attentive to our requests. Public transportation was very accessible to get around the city.

Street noise a bit. Jacuzzi in our room was not operational.

The staff was very nice! This was our 2nd time to stay here. Easy walk to the Market & the Square.
Pros:

The breakfast is great. You have a good range of different things to choose from. Location is great! Short walk to Frenchman Street to grab some food, drinks & live music.

Cons:

It was a bit bright in the room all night. The shutters are beautiful, but they let in the lights from outside all night.

スタッフが全員とても親切で感動した！
夜中も警備員がフロントにいてくれたので安心できた。
深夜、煙草を吸いに外へ出ると、警備員の男性がさりげなく見守ってくれた。
彼にありがとうと伝えたい。

Cons:

ホテル向かいにあるバーが24時間営業で、深夜まで騒がしい。でもこれはホテルの問題ではない！

Will and Emily are Rockstars!!
Pros:

Emily and Will made our stay AMAZING! Emily’s wealth of knowledge about all things New Orleans made us feel like no matter how we chose to spend our trip, we knew it would be a certified good time!! And Will made our stay so comfortable, from our interactions in the kitchen to personally clearing every leaf from the pool when he walked by and saw we were about to get in. When I return to New Orleans, I won’t even think about staying anywhere else <3

We also appreciated our early interaction with Michael, and sad our paths didn’t cross again during our stay so we could thank him for taking our bags up the stairs (we know they were heavy lol). We hit the jackpot with Melrose for sureeeeeeeeeee!
