Pros:

A equipe de modo geral é muito boa, são educados, disponíveis para o que for necessário e atentos. As instalações são bonitas, o café da manhã encanta com o pianista tocando ao vivo. A localização é estratégica. A variedade no café da manhã é boa.

Cons:

O chuveiro lança água para todos os lados e bem, ele é uma ducha e isso significa um jato forte e direcionado.

Cons:

Principal problema: ACUSTICA do quarto. A janela do quarto não possui sistema anti-ruido. Teve festa do outro lado do rio, ouvimos e incomodou a noite inteira. Quarto, armários, decoração, banheiros antigos. Banheiro ainda com o chuveiro dentro da banheira, para entrar, muito alto. Isso além de ultrapassado, é menos higiênico. Suporte da TV precisa ser trocado, dificil virar a TV. Espaço de fumante na porta de entrada do hotel, lamentável. Enfim, o hotel precisa de uma atualização e reavaliação

Excelente hotel! Sempre volto!
Pros:

Eu fico muito nesse hotel, gosto muito do design e estilo. Café da manhã excelente e todos os funcionários super atenciosos. Em geral é um excelente hotel e me sinto muito bem quando fico lá.

Cons:

O único detalhe que me incomoda são as janelas para S sacadas, parece que não fecham direito ou não são vidro duplo. O barulho, as vezes, me incomoda.
