Localização excelente perto de tudo. Parceria com parque de estacionamento subterrâneo. Disponibilidade dos funcionários para tentar satisfazer as nossas necessidades.

Cons:

Pequeno-almoço sem muita variedade para um hotel de 4 estrelas. Ficamos nos apartamentos e a cozinha estava pouco equipada para se fazer comida. Loiça da cozinha também não estava bem limpa. Chuveiro sem porta do duche, pessoal da receção não soube explicar o motivo.

War Ok, die 20€ Umbuchungsgrbuehr fuehrt dazu das ich es nicht empfehle.

Ein Haus mit Geschichte und freundlichem Personal

Cons:

Ich habe um eine Voverlegung um eine Nacht gebeten. Mit der Bestaetigung kahm nochmal 20€ on top und wenn ich das nicht gemacht haette waere die übernachtung storniert worden und ich haette den vollen Preis bezahlen duerfen. Das ist wenig bis garnicht kundenfreundlich. Das Fruehstueck war minimalistisch aber Ok.

Nas instalações do hotel existe um bar/restaurante com musica ao vivo. O isolamento é tão mau que com as janelas fechadas ouvia a musica altíssima, tentei ligar várias vezes para a recepção ninguém atendeu. Tive que me vestir e descer à recepção, quando falei com o funcionário e disse que não conseguiamos dormir por causa da música, ele disse-me que não havia nada a fazer....
As fichas para carregar os telemóveis foi outro filme, havia uma debaixo da secretária, uma na casa de banho que não funcionava e duas atrás da cama, quando falei na recepção sobre o assunto disseram-me só que havia fichas atrás da cama e a minha pergunta foi, tinha que andar a arrastar a cama para carregar o telemóvel????
O ar condicionado na aquecia, o quarto era gelado.
Enfim o que seria um fim de semana para descansar foi um horror. Já agora o quarto foi o 111

Pros:

I stayed here during my Camino hike. The staff helped our friends who were staying at a different hotel with their luggage transfer tags.
We were told the history of this building which was interesting. It was the home of a spice trader. The renovation was well done. Retained aspects of the original with upgrades to the bathroom. Beautiful outdoor pool but it was too cold for me to use.
Breakfast was a buffet offering a variety of delish food. Fresh eggs, fruit, meat, cheese and pastries.

Mooi, oud hotel met karakteristieke details

Cons:

Het ontbijt was onder de maat. Het aanbod was erg klein, maar wat aangeboden werd was op. We moesten zelf meerdere malen vragen of dingen aangevuld mochten worden, waardoor we niet samen konden eten omdat dit erg lang duurde.

La ubicación espectacular y la casa una verdadera joya.
Los trabajadores muy amables

La instalación de electricidad y agua antigua.
El desayuno muy normal, poco variado y simplón.

Pros:

Wonderful old historical building in a great location. Very comfortable room and helpful staff.
