Bra hotell i trevlig stad.
Pros:

Perfekt läge i centrum av staden och bredvid ett stort underjordiskt allmänt garage. Historisk byggnad med fint bevarade detaljer från 1500- till 1800-talen. Kan rekommendera att pröva de lokala ölerna i restaurangen.

Bel endroit mais désagréable d’y dormir

Central location
Pros:

A beautiful and unusual building in Viana do Castelo. The hotel is quite unique. Staff were helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Very central location also! Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The door to my room was hard to open. The lights flickered at times due to old wiring. Overall the building's history appears to affect some of the functionality of the hotel but this isn't necessarily a bad thing.

Le personnel était très agréable et disponible, le petit déjeuner était très bon, la piscine était très agréable et bien situé par rapport au soleil, le restaurant et le bar à bière de l’hôtel était très chouette, le lieu de l’hôtel était bien situé et au calme par rapport à la ville et le bâtiment était historique et jolie.

Cons:

Cependant l’état général des lieux côté appartement reste à revoir cela n’est pas mentionné qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et donc très difficile d’accès aux étages pour poussette ou fauteuil roulant et personnes handicapées à mobilité réduite.
Également énormément d’escalier sans accès ascenseur ou rampe exemple pour l’accès au petit déjeuner.
Dommage que le restaurant et le service soins soit fermé le dimanche.
Autre point assez dérangent la propreté est très négliger poussière, joint de salle de bain, bestiole, état des murs très sale et traces suspecte sur les fenêtres et mur à rafraîchissement serait à prévoir ainsi qu’un meilleur service de nettoyage.
La literie, coussins, draps, serait également à prévoir au niveau remplacement.

Good location close to the station and centre but ensure you select a modern room The quaint rustic rooms are not up to

A small double bed despite asking for twin beds. For myself and my son. The toilet was continually filling such that we had to ensure the bathroom door was tightly closed to reduce the noise The plug in the bath didn’t seal so that I had to keep the taps running to have a bath !!

A cama podia ser mais confortável. Dificuldade de estacionamento. Só depois soubemos que havia uma parceria com com um estacionamento da cidade. Será importante essa informação estar disponivel no site ou no momento da reserva.
