Nice hotel close to Münich
Pros:

Great locality, nice staff, perfectly clean hotel, nice vicinity, comfy hotel close to München.

Cons:

Irressistible overheated air in the room 101 (west side probably ?), felt like no air in the evening nor coolling down during the night but it is perhaps the hot weather cirmustances..., so no clue whether other sides of the building are less hot.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Sauberkeit

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen. In Dusche war etwas Schimmel und der Griff am Fenster hält nicht mehr lange durch.

Cons:

I have been in this hotel multiple times in the past and I was happy. Now I come back after more or less 4 years, and it gets worse :/ Personnel were always smiling, happy, and eager to help; now they seem to be there for punishment.

Carpets and walls in the hallways are dirty, there is a funny smell in the air, a mix of dust, filth and smoke.
The restaurant was not able to serve anything from their menu except the curry wurst :-/

Rooms are old, with dirty carpet, cable TV instead of smart TV, no cattle, no AC, no fridge or minibar. The bathroom was also not clean, everything was beaten up.
