This hotel is very clean and has a wonderful staff. We highly recommend this hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good, but I wish there were more choices. The staff were amazing with friendliness and helpfulness and they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Cons:

The bed was not as comfortable as I would like and I had to purchase a mattress topper to make it more comfortable.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

Customer service. Our AC was not working so I called the front desk. The front desk attendant immediately told us our options, came to our room himself since they didn't have a handyman on duty and offered to move our room which we did and he also upgraded us. He was very kind, honest and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was also good with a lot of options including dairy and gluten free. I loved that tortillas and green chile were an option.

Cons:

AC in our initial room wasn't working and we had to move rooms after unpacking. It was a minor inconvenience but was too warm to be able to sleep well.
